【摘要】：教育對(duì)外開(kāi)放是國(guó)家對(duì)外開(kāi)放的重要組成部分,是國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略與對(duì)外政策的外延。為此,我國(guó)教育對(duì)外開(kāi)放應(yīng)主動(dòng)適應(yīng)新時(shí)期"一帶一路"國(guó)家新戰(zhàn)略的要求,深刻認(rèn)識(shí)"一帶一路"倡議的科學(xué)內(nèi)涵,充分利用"一帶一路"建設(shè)提供的大契機(jī),構(gòu)建教育對(duì)外開(kāi)放新模式,即從"內(nèi)向型"向"外生型"轉(zhuǎn)變,主動(dòng)承擔(dān)起推動(dòng)和引領(lǐng)世界教育發(fā)展的重任,為世界教育發(fā)展貢獻(xiàn)中國(guó)智慧,開(kāi)啟我國(guó)教育對(duì)外開(kāi)放新征程。
[Abstract]:Educational opening to the outside world is an important part of the opening up of the country and an extension of the national strategy and foreign policy. Therefore, China's educational opening to the outside world should actively adapt to the requirements of the new national strategy of "Belt and Road" in the new period. Deeply understand the scientific connotation of Belt and Road's initiative, make full use of the great opportunity provided by the construction of "Belt and Road", and construct a new mode of education opening to the outside world, that is, from "introverted" to "exogenous". We should take the initiative to promote and lead the development of education in the world, contribute Chinese wisdom to the development of education in the world, and open our country's education to the outside world.
