【摘要】：在中國對外開放和“一帶一路”的背景下,中國與世界大部分國家之間人、財、物的相互流動成為了常態(tài),越來越多的中國人出國旅游、發(fā)展、定居。伴隨著人財物的流動,越來越多的資料、證件、商務(wù)合同等文件需要翻譯,個人收入證明、財產(chǎn)證明,商務(wù)合同等就是其中一類。在翻譯實踐中,從事職業(yè)翻譯的譯者會遇到各種各樣的問題和困難,對某一領(lǐng)域的專業(yè)翻譯更是如此。當今信息時代,計算機的廣泛使用提升了翻譯的質(zhì)量和效率,因而法律文本的翻譯,特別是合同的翻譯也降低了難度。然而,對合同類文本翻譯也必須要強調(diào)其信息性,文本的完整性、銜接與連貫等語篇特征。本文是一次翻譯實踐的報告。作者總結(jié)了翻譯過程中的點點滴滴,并對翻譯原文本和目標文本在語篇分析相關(guān)理論的指導下進行案例分析,探討了個人商務(wù)合同的信息性、銜接和連貫的語篇特征,以及翻譯成目標文本的轉(zhuǎn)換和謀篇過程,并在最后一部分,總結(jié)翻譯過程的經(jīng)驗和不足,并就合同文本翻譯規(guī)律和翻譯技巧得出結(jié)論。通過本文,作者希望對合同類相關(guān)文件的翻譯提供參考和思路,并就漢譯英法律類文本的銜接和連貫提出實用的翻譯技巧。
[Abstract]:In the Chinese opening and The Belt and Road "background, between Chinese with most of the world, the mutual flow of wealth, become the norm, more and more Chinese travel abroad, development, along with the people to settle down. The property flow, more and more information, documents, business contracts and other documents required translation, proof of personal income, property certificates, business contract is one of a class. In the translation practice, occupation translators will encounter a variety of problems and difficulties, to a field of professional translation is even more so. In today's information era, the widespread use of computers to enhance the translation quality and efficiency. The translation of legal texts, especially contract translation is to reduce the difficulty of the contract. However, translation must emphasize the integrity of the information, text, cohesion and coherence of discourse features. This is a turn The translation practice report. The author summarizes the process of translation and translation of bit by bit, the source text and target text analysis of the relevant theory in discourse under the guidance of case analysis, discusses the information of individual business contracts, cohesion and coherence of the discourse features, and translated into the target text and text conversion process. And in the last part, summarizes the translation process and the lack of experience and draw a conclusion. On the text of the contract law of translation and translation skills through this article, the author hopes to provide reference and ideas for contract related document translation, and translation of legal text cohesion and coherence of practical translation skills.
