【摘要】：國際公共產(chǎn)品在穩(wěn)定國際政治經(jīng)濟秩序及維持其正常運轉(zhuǎn)方面起到越來越重要的作用。"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略是中國順應(yīng)時勢向世界提供的公共產(chǎn)品,是中國對自身能力及國家利益綜合考量后作出的慎重決定,反映了中國和平崛起的誠意。但是,"一帶一路"建設(shè)中公共產(chǎn)品供給將面臨諸如美國的戰(zhàn)略考量、深入安全高風(fēng)險地帶、域內(nèi)國家認(rèn)同不足及經(jīng)貿(mào)難題眾多等問題的挑戰(zhàn),深入分析供給挑戰(zhàn)并及時提出相應(yīng)對策是我國公共產(chǎn)品供給的重要步驟。
[Abstract]:International public goods play an increasingly important role in stabilizing the international political and economic order and maintaining its normal operation. It is a prudent decision made by China after considering its own capabilities and national interests, which reflects the sincerity of China's peaceful rise. However, the supply of public goods in the construction of "Belt and Road" will face strategic considerations such as that of the United States. It is an important step for China's public goods supply to deeply analyze the supply challenge and put forward the corresponding countermeasures in time, such as the security high risk zone, the lack of national identity in the region and the numerous economic and trade problems.
