【摘要】：園林綠化是一個(gè)城市重要的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,也是城市生態(tài)環(huán)境系統(tǒng)的重要一環(huán)。在當(dāng)代城市規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大的環(huán)境下,園林綠化對(duì)于改善城市生態(tài)環(huán)境有重要的作用,對(duì)于城市人居生存環(huán)境和幸福感知有直接的影響,是一項(xiàng)重要的社會(huì)公益事業(yè)。西安是世界四大文明古都,是中國西北最重要的區(qū)域中心,是“一帶一路”的重要節(jié)點(diǎn)城市。西安市的園林綠化建設(shè)不僅能為西安市民提供良好的居住環(huán)境,更能向世界展示千年古都的當(dāng)代風(fēng)采。然而,在城市綠化建設(shè)工程中,各種各樣的問題層出不窮,尤其是工程的粗放管理,對(duì)綠化效率和效果都產(chǎn)生了負(fù)面的影響。本論文從工程管理的進(jìn)度管理、質(zhì)量管理、成本管理三個(gè)方面出發(fā),結(jié)合相關(guān)的管理理論和方法研究,對(duì)渭濱南路綠化工程管理過程和內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的論述。在渭濱南路綠化工程論述過程中,結(jié)合綠化工程管理的實(shí)際開展情況,發(fā)現(xiàn)在工程管理過程中的設(shè)計(jì)、溝通、操作、監(jiān)督存在明顯的問題,并進(jìn)一步分析了問題產(chǎn)生的原因,進(jìn)而提出四項(xiàng)對(duì)策建議:政府部門要統(tǒng)籌安排城市綠化管理,工程設(shè)計(jì)要建立在工程實(shí)際勘測(cè)的基礎(chǔ)上,工程的監(jiān)督管理要從細(xì)節(jié)上抓起,綠化施工隊(duì)伍的專業(yè)素質(zhì)要提高。本論文也是對(duì)本人多年實(shí)踐工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的總結(jié)和升華,對(duì)相關(guān)園林綠化工程項(xiàng)目的管理有一定的借鑒作用和參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Landscape greening is not only an important infrastructure of a city, but also an important part of the urban ecological environment system. Under the environment of expanding urban scale, landscape greening plays an important role in improving the urban ecological environment. It has a direct impact on the living environment of urban human settlements and the perception of happiness, and is an important social welfare undertaking. Xi'an is the ancient capital of the four civilizations of the world and the most important regional center in northwest China. Is an important node city of "Belt and Road". Xi'an 's landscaping construction can not only provide Xi'an residents with a good living environment, but also show the contemporary style of the millennium ancient capital to the world. However, in the urban greening construction project, There are many kinds of problems, especially the extensive management of engineering, which has a negative effect on the efficiency and effect of greening. This paper starts from three aspects of project management: schedule management, quality management, and cost management. Combined with relevant management theory and method, the management process and content of Weibin South Road greening project are discussed in detail. In the process of Weibin South Road greening project, combining with the actual situation of greening engineering management, the paper discusses the management of Weibin South Road greening project. It is found that there are obvious problems in design, communication, operation and supervision in the process of project management, and the causes of the problems are further analyzed, and four countermeasures and suggestions are put forward: government departments should arrange urban greening management as a whole. The engineering design should be built on the basis of the actual investigation of the project, the supervision and management of the project should be carried out in detail, and the professional quality of the greening construction team should be improved. This paper is also a summary and sublimation of my many years of practical work experience. It has certain reference function and reference value to the management of the related garden greening project.
