【摘要】：在"一帶一路"、"走出去"等背景下,中醫(yī)藥國際化成為中醫(yī)藥發(fā)展的愿景及趨勢。文章在此背景下,從知識管理領域中的知識特性角度著手,分析中醫(yī)藥知識特性,建立中醫(yī)藥知識的"冰河模型",并分析現(xiàn)有知識產(chǎn)權(quán)法律法規(guī)對中醫(yī)藥知識的保護局限,提出相關對策建議,達到有效保護、傳承和發(fā)展中醫(yī)藥知識的目的。
[Abstract]:Under the background of "Belt and Road" and "going out", the internationalization of traditional Chinese medicine has become the vision and trend of the development of traditional Chinese medicine. In this context, this paper analyzes the characteristics of knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine from the perspective of knowledge characteristics in the field of knowledge management. This paper establishes a "glacial model" of TCM knowledge, analyzes the limitations of existing intellectual property laws and regulations on the protection of TCM knowledge, and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions to achieve the purpose of effective protection, transmission and development of TCM knowledge.
