【摘要】：人才流動(dòng)對(duì)于創(chuàng)新知識(shí)生產(chǎn)和創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)具有關(guān)鍵意義。當(dāng)前時(shí)期,在"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略背景下,中國高等教育應(yīng)主動(dòng)融入、有所作為。借鑒過去15年間歐洲研究區(qū)的建設(shè)經(jīng)驗(yàn),本研究大膽提出構(gòu)建以中國為主導(dǎo)、打通亞歐板塊東西走向人才流動(dòng)長廊的"‘一帶一路’研究區(qū)"戰(zhàn)略構(gòu)想,結(jié)合對(duì)歐洲研究區(qū)相關(guān)改革實(shí)踐的比較研究,從重要性、可能性和可行性方面做出了系統(tǒng)回答。
[Abstract]:The flow of talents is of key significance to the production of innovative knowledge and the cultivation of innovative talents. In the present period, under the strategic background of "Belt and Road", Chinese higher education should be actively integrated. Learning from the experience of the construction of the European Research area in the past 15 years, this study boldly proposes the strategic concept of "Belt and Road" research area, which is based on China and opens the east-west direction of the Eurasian plate to the corridor of talent flow. Based on the comparative study of the relevant reform practices in the European Research area, this paper makes a systematic answer from the aspects of importance, possibility and feasibility.
