【摘要】：國(guó)際執(zhí)法安全合作是國(guó)際安全合作的重要內(nèi)容,駐外警務(wù)聯(lián)絡(luò)官則是國(guó)際執(zhí)法安全合作的關(guān)鍵力量。我國(guó)的警務(wù)聯(lián)絡(luò)官工作在較短時(shí)間內(nèi)已取得很大成就,但仍存在很多制約進(jìn)一步發(fā)展的重要問(wèn)題:駐外警務(wù)聯(lián)絡(luò)機(jī)構(gòu)布局不完善;警務(wù)聯(lián)絡(luò)官隊(duì)伍規(guī)模過(guò)小、級(jí)別偏低、不夠穩(wěn)定;對(duì)駐外警務(wù)聯(lián)絡(luò)官的業(yè)務(wù)指導(dǎo)仍需加強(qiáng)。應(yīng)加強(qiáng)人才培養(yǎng),解決編制瓶頸,優(yōu)化隊(duì)伍管理,提高對(duì)接水平。
[Abstract]:International law enforcement security cooperation is an important part of international security cooperation, while police liaison officers stationed abroad are the key forces in international law enforcement security cooperation. The work of our police liaison officers has made great achievements in a relatively short period of time. However, there are still many important problems that restrict the further development: the layout of police liaison agencies in foreign countries is not perfect, the police liaison officers are too small, the rank is low, and they are not stable enough; It is necessary to strengthen the operational guidance to the police liaison officers stationed abroad. We should strengthen the training of talents, solve the bottleneck of the establishment, optimize the management of the team and raise the level of docking.
