【摘要】：國際執(zhí)法安全合作是國際安全合作的重要內(nèi)容,駐外警務(wù)聯(lián)絡(luò)官則是國際執(zhí)法安全合作的關(guān)鍵力量。我國的警務(wù)聯(lián)絡(luò)官工作在較短時間內(nèi)已取得很大成就,但仍存在很多制約進(jìn)一步發(fā)展的重要問題:駐外警務(wù)聯(lián)絡(luò)機構(gòu)布局不完善;警務(wù)聯(lián)絡(luò)官隊伍規(guī)模過小、級別偏低、不夠穩(wěn)定;對駐外警務(wù)聯(lián)絡(luò)官的業(yè)務(wù)指導(dǎo)仍需加強。應(yīng)加強人才培養(yǎng),解決編制瓶頸,優(yōu)化隊伍管理,提高對接水平。
[Abstract]:International law enforcement security cooperation is an important part of international security cooperation, while police liaison officers stationed abroad are the key forces in international law enforcement security cooperation. The work of our police liaison officers has made great achievements in a relatively short period of time. However, there are still many important problems that restrict the further development: the layout of police liaison agencies in foreign countries is not perfect, the police liaison officers are too small, the rank is low, and they are not stable enough; It is necessary to strengthen the operational guidance to the police liaison officers stationed abroad. We should strengthen the training of talents, solve the bottleneck of the establishment, optimize the management of the team and raise the level of docking.
