【摘要】："一帶一路"倡議的提出,將對中國企業(yè)走出去產(chǎn)生重大而深遠(yuǎn)的影響。由于"一帶一路"沿線涉及64個(gè)國家,各個(gè)國家政體不同、語言復(fù)雜、文化、習(xí)俗及宗教多元等特點(diǎn),決定了走出去的中國企業(yè)在政治安全、法律稅務(wù)、金融、文化、宗教等方面都將面臨一定的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。日本企業(yè)早在上個(gè)世紀(jì)七八十年代就開始了國際化的步伐,分析其發(fā)展過程及具體做法將有益于中國企業(yè)走出去戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施。中國企業(yè)走出去應(yīng)在政府引導(dǎo)、構(gòu)建企業(yè)海外投資服務(wù)體系、相互結(jié)盟抱團(tuán)形成合力、國有民有金融機(jī)構(gòu)協(xié)同支持、與投資對象國建立共贏機(jī)制等方面多做努力,使中國企業(yè)走出去的同時(shí)也能呆得住。
[Abstract]:The proposal of "Belt and Road" will have a significant and far-reaching impact on the Chinese enterprises going out. Because "Belt and Road" involves 64 countries, each country has different political systems, complex languages, cultural, customary, religious, and other characteristics. It has decided that Chinese enterprises that go abroad will face certain risks in political security, law and taxation, finance, culture, religion, and so on. Japanese enterprises began to internationalize as early as 0th century in the 1970s and 1980s. The analysis of its development process and concrete measures will benefit the implementation of the strategy of Chinese enterprises going out. Chinese enterprises should guide the government, construct the service system of enterprises' overseas investment and form a joint force with each other. The state-owned people have financial institutions to support and establish win-win mechanism with the investment target countries to make more efforts to enable Chinese enterprises to go out and stay at the same time.
