【摘要】：商會(huì)這種社會(huì)團(tuán)體,其職能在于為其會(huì)員企業(yè)的生存發(fā)展提供支持與服務(wù),代表某區(qū)域或某行業(yè)眾多企業(yè)的共同利益,與政府部門(mén)溝通和與外界交流往來(lái),同時(shí)用法律規(guī)章來(lái)規(guī)范約束會(huì)員企業(yè),使其各種活動(dòng)有序發(fā)展,在促進(jìn)行業(yè)發(fā)展、規(guī)范市場(chǎng)秩序等相關(guān)事務(wù)中發(fā)揮著重要的作用。在我國(guó),隨著改革開(kāi)放的不斷深入,商會(huì)的數(shù)量越來(lái)越多,職能作用越來(lái)越大,自身建設(shè)越來(lái)越強(qiáng),為推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和社會(huì)進(jìn)步做出了積極貢獻(xiàn)。近年來(lái),黨中央基于宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行的需要,提出并實(shí)施了與周邊國(guó)家共建絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶和21世紀(jì)海上絲綢之路的重大戰(zhàn)略,指出“一帶一路”建設(shè)是我國(guó)統(tǒng)籌國(guó)際、國(guó)內(nèi)兩個(gè)大局,主動(dòng)適應(yīng)全球形勢(shì)深刻變化做出的重大戰(zhàn)略決策,是構(gòu)建全方位開(kāi)放新格局的重要舉措。所以說(shuō),當(dāng)前緊緊抓住全面深化改革釋放的紅利,把握“一帶一路”建設(shè)所帶來(lái)的機(jī)遇,認(rèn)真總結(jié)我國(guó)商會(huì)發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和不足,對(duì)商會(huì)實(shí)現(xiàn)健康、有序、平穩(wěn)發(fā)展具有深遠(yuǎn)的意義。本文共分為五個(gè)部分:第一部分對(duì)選題背景、研究意義等進(jìn)行了闡述,并對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于商會(huì)、“一帶一路”的研究進(jìn)行了綜述,交代了研究基本思路與創(chuàng)新點(diǎn);第二部分對(duì)商會(huì)的相關(guān)知識(shí)進(jìn)行了梳理,并提出了個(gè)人觀點(diǎn);第三部分立足“一帶一路”建設(shè),闡述了“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略的提出背景、核心內(nèi)涵及重要意義,分析了商會(huì)發(fā)展面臨的新要求;第四部分對(duì)商會(huì)發(fā)展存在的問(wèn)題及原因進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析;第五部分針對(duì)“一帶一路”建設(shè)背景下,提出了推動(dòng)商會(huì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的建議及對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:Chamber of Commerce is a social organization whose function is to provide support and services for the survival and development of its member enterprises, to represent the common interests of many enterprises in a given region or industry, to communicate with government departments and to communicate with the outside world. At the same time, laws and regulations are used to regulate and restrain member enterprises, make their activities develop in an orderly manner, and play an important role in promoting the development of the industry, standardizing the market order and other related affairs. In our country, with the deepening of reform and opening up, In recent years, the Party Central Committee has made positive contributions to the promotion of economic development and social progress based on the need of macroeconomic operation. Putting forward and implementing the major strategy of building the Silk Road Economic Belt with the neighboring countries and the Maritime Silk Road in 21th century, pointing out that the construction of "Belt and Road" is China's overall plan for the international and domestic situations. The major strategic decision made on the initiative to adapt to the profound changes in the global situation is an important measure to build a new pattern of all-round opening up. It is of great significance for the Chamber of Commerce to realize its healthy, orderly and stable development by grasping the opportunity brought by the construction of Belt and Road and summarizing the experiences and shortcomings of the development of the Chamber of Commerce in our country. This paper is divided into five parts: the first part is about the background of the selected topic. The significance of the research is expounded, and the domestic and foreign research on Chamber of Commerce, Belt and Road is summarized, the basic ideas and innovations of the research are explained. The second part combs the relevant knowledge of the Chamber of Commerce, and puts forward personal views; The third part is based on the construction of "Belt and Road", expounds the background, the core connotation and the important significance of the "Belt and Road" strategy, and analyzes the new requirements facing the development of the Chamber of Commerce. Part 4th analyzes the problems and causes of chamber of commerce development in detail, and part 5th puts forward suggestions and countermeasures to promote the sustainable development of chamber of commerce under the background of "Belt and Road" construction.
