【摘要】：近年來,新疆工業(yè)企業(yè)發(fā)展態(tài)勢良好,2015年新疆工業(yè)增加值占GDP的比重接近40%,已經(jīng)成為新疆經(jīng)濟快速發(fā)展的重要支柱和動力引擎。作為絲綢之路經(jīng)濟帶(Silk Road Economic Belt)向西開放的核心區(qū),新疆的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢和資源型產(chǎn)業(yè)比較優(yōu)勢越發(fā)明顯,工業(yè)企業(yè)如何依托特色資源優(yōu)勢實現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟效益提升并進一步推動新疆經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展轉(zhuǎn)向“高質(zhì)低耗”是未來的關(guān)注點。其中基于質(zhì)量指數(shù)對工業(yè)企業(yè)經(jīng)濟效益的評析和研判對新疆工業(yè)的深度發(fā)展和優(yōu)化創(chuàng)新具有重要意義。因此,研析新疆工業(yè)企業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和特點,通過構(gòu)建質(zhì)量指數(shù)剖析新疆工業(yè)企業(yè)經(jīng)濟效益不僅有助于優(yōu)勢工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)的優(yōu)化升級,同時能夠為工業(yè)企業(yè)整體效益水平的進一步提高給予一定的借鑒。本文首先從研究范圍界定入手,對研究范疇、質(zhì)量指數(shù)及經(jīng)濟效益評價指標進行劃定,并采用歸一化處理法和主成分分析法作為后續(xù)研究的數(shù)據(jù)處理方法。在此基礎(chǔ)上,利用統(tǒng)計資料與數(shù)據(jù)庫,通過定性的比較分析和構(gòu)建質(zhì)量指數(shù),從規(guī)模、行業(yè)以及上市公司三個維度對新疆工業(yè)企業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀、變化特點進行分析。從規(guī)模發(fā)展和經(jīng)營情況顯示新疆工業(yè)企業(yè)整體情況向好,資源型產(chǎn)業(yè)依然是優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)業(yè),上市工業(yè)企業(yè)有較強的競爭力。質(zhì)量角度方面,新疆工業(yè)行業(yè)質(zhì)量指數(shù)呈現(xiàn)“兩極化”趨勢,制造業(yè)和加工業(yè)質(zhì)量指數(shù)表現(xiàn)堪憂;不同規(guī)模工業(yè)企業(yè)質(zhì)量指數(shù)逐年上升,中小型企業(yè)與大型企業(yè)質(zhì)量水平差距逐年縮小。其次,在現(xiàn)有的工業(yè)企業(yè)經(jīng)濟效益評價指標基礎(chǔ)上加入質(zhì)量指數(shù)指標,從盈利能力、運營能力、償債能力,社會貢獻及發(fā)展?jié)摿ξ鍌�方面構(gòu)建基于質(zhì)量指數(shù)的工業(yè)企業(yè)經(jīng)濟效益評價體系,對新疆近年來工業(yè)企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟效益進行研究和分析。其中,市場銷售額、利潤率、生產(chǎn)成本和質(zhì)量指數(shù)等是影響新疆工業(yè)企業(yè)經(jīng)濟效益的主要因素。最后,根據(jù)對經(jīng)濟效益的分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)了新疆工業(yè)企業(yè)在研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)、運營、銷售及質(zhì)量等方面存在的問題,并從多個角度出發(fā),提出增加工業(yè)企業(yè)經(jīng)濟效益的建議,從而促進新疆工業(yè)企業(yè)的長久健康發(fā)展,鞏固新疆在“一帶一路”中的戰(zhàn)略地位。
[Abstract]:In recent years, In 2015, Xinjiang's industrial value added accounted for nearly 40 percent of GDP, which has become an important pillar and power engine for the rapid economic development of Xinjiang. As the core area of the Silk Road Economic Belt, the Silk Road Economic Belt, the economic belt of the Silk Road, has opened to the west. Xinjiang's regional advantages and comparative advantages of resource-based industries are becoming more and more obvious. How to rely on the advantage of characteristic resources to improve economic benefits and further promote Xinjiang's economic and social development to "high quality and low consumption" is the focus of attention of industrial enterprises in the future. Evaluation and evaluation are of great significance to the deep development of Xinjiang industry and the optimization of innovation. This paper analyzes the present situation and characteristics of the development of Xinjiang's industrial enterprises, and analyzes the economic benefits of Xinjiang's industrial enterprises by constructing a quality index, which is not only helpful to the optimization and upgrading of the superior industrial industries, At the same time, it can be used for reference for the further improvement of the overall benefit level of industrial enterprises. Firstly, this paper starts with the definition of the research scope, defines the research category, the quality index and the economic benefit evaluation index. On the basis of this, using statistical data and database, through qualitative comparative analysis and construction of quality index, from scale to scale, the paper uses the normalized processing method and principal component analysis method as the data processing method for the follow-up study, and makes use of the statistical data and the database, through qualitative comparative analysis and the construction of the quality index. This paper analyzes the present situation and changing characteristics of Xinjiang's industrial enterprises from the three dimensions of industry and listed companies. From the scale development and management situation, it shows that the overall situation of Xinjiang's industrial enterprises is improving, and the resource-based industry is still an advantageous industry. In terms of quality, the quality index of Xinjiang industrial industry shows a trend of "polarization", and the quality index of manufacturing and processing industries is worrisome, and the quality index of industrial enterprises of different sizes is rising year by year. The quality level gap between small and medium-sized enterprises and large enterprises is narrowing year by year. Secondly, the quality index index is added to the existing economic benefit evaluation index of industrial enterprises, which includes profitability, operation ability, solvency, etc. The economic benefit evaluation system of industrial enterprises based on quality index is established in five aspects of social contribution and development potential, and the economic benefits of industrial enterprises in Xinjiang in recent years are studied and analyzed. Production cost and quality index are the main factors that affect the economic benefits of industrial enterprises in Xinjiang. Finally, based on the analysis of economic benefits, the problems existing in R & D, production, operation, sales and quality of Xinjiang industrial enterprises are found. In order to promote the long-term and healthy development of Xinjiang's industrial enterprises and consolidate Xinjiang's strategic position in "Belt and Road", suggestions are put forward to increase the economic benefits of industrial enterprises from many angles.
