【摘要】：正繼今年2月"構(gòu)建人類(lèi)命運(yùn)共同體"理念被載入聯(lián)合國(guó)決議和聯(lián)合國(guó)安理會(huì)決議之后,今年3月,這一理念又被載入聯(lián)合國(guó)人權(quán)理事會(huì)決議。在此之前,去年11月,第71屆聯(lián)合國(guó)大會(huì)上193個(gè)會(huì)員國(guó)一致贊同將"一帶一路"倡議載入聯(lián)大決議�？梢钥吹�,在聯(lián)合國(guó)的舞臺(tái)上,在全球不同的治理領(lǐng)域,越來(lái)越多的中國(guó)理念、中國(guó)倡議上升為國(guó)際共識(shí),進(jìn)入國(guó)際話語(yǔ)體系。從中,我們感受到的是中國(guó)不斷提升的國(guó)際話語(yǔ)權(quán),聽(tīng)到的是中國(guó)聲音在世界范圍的回響。
[Abstract]:Following the February this year "Building a Community of Human Destiny", which was enshrined in United Nations resolutions and Security Council resolutions, on March this year, this concept was enshrined in the UN Human Rights Council Resolution... prior to that, November last year, At the 71st session of the UN General Assembly, 193 member States unanimously endorsed the inclusion of the "Belt and Road" initiative in General Assembly resolutions... It can be seen that, on the stage of the United Nations and in different areas of global governance, there is an increasing number of Chinese ideas. China's proposal has risen into an international consensus and entered the international discourse system, from which we feel China's rising international discourse power and hear its voice echo around the world.
