云南師范大學(xué)南亞、東南亞留學(xué)生教學(xué)管理滿意度調(diào)查

【摘要】:上世紀(jì)80年代,高等教育國際化作為高等教育應(yīng)對經(jīng)濟全球化的指導(dǎo)性目標(biāo)之一被聯(lián)合國教科文組織提出。隨著21世紀(jì)經(jīng)濟全球化的推進(jìn),國際化的程度成為了衡量一個國家高等教育發(fā)展水平高低的重要評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)之一,留學(xué)生教育作為國際教育交流的重要組成部分,成為了高等教育國際化的一大亮點。2013年“一帶一路”發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的提出,為云南省留學(xué)生教育發(fā)展帶來了新的生機與機遇,大批來自“一帶一路”沿線國家的來華留學(xué)生涌入云南的教育市場,“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略的提出對于云南高校的留學(xué)生教育工作的發(fā)展來說同時也是挑戰(zhàn)。本文以云南師范大學(xué)南亞、東南亞在校留學(xué)生為研究對象,結(jié)合“大學(xué)生滿意度”測評體系,從教學(xué)內(nèi)容、教學(xué)過程、教學(xué)資源和教學(xué)效果四個滿意度因子進(jìn)行測評,再以留學(xué)生背景變量滿意度差異分析。本文一共五部分。第一部分為緒論部分,主要描述本文的研究背景,研究意義,研究方法等內(nèi)容。第二至四部分是本文的重點部分,以云南師范大學(xué)南亞、東南亞在校留學(xué)生的教學(xué)滿意度為例,采用數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計、對比分析等方法,對留學(xué)生教學(xué)中的教學(xué)內(nèi)容、教學(xué)過程、教學(xué)資源和教學(xué)效果四個方面的滿意度進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計和橫向?qū)Ρ?再以留學(xué)生的背景變量:是否為華裔、學(xué)生類別、留學(xué)費用來源、來華留學(xué)生時間以及是否去過別的學(xué)校進(jìn)行滿意度差異分析。最后根據(jù)調(diào)查結(jié)果總結(jié)云南師范大學(xué)在留學(xué)生教學(xué)管理中存在的問題并進(jìn)行分析。第五部分針對云南師范大學(xué)留學(xué)生教學(xué)管理中存在的問題提出建議與對策。筆者認(rèn)為,通過對南亞、東南亞留學(xué)生教學(xué)滿意度的分析,能了解留學(xué)生的多元化學(xué)習(xí)需求,了解高校自身的優(yōu)勢與不足,以便開展學(xué)生需要,社會需要的留學(xué)生教學(xué)。云南高校應(yīng)借“一帶一路”發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的契機,將留學(xué)生教育作為高等教育國際化的抓手,大力促進(jìn)高等教育國際化進(jìn)程。
[Abstract]:In -20s, the internationalization of higher education as one of the guiding goals of higher education in response to economic globalization was put forward by UNESCO. With the development of economic globalization in 21th century. The degree of internationalization has become one of the important evaluation criteria to measure the development level of a country's higher education. As an important part of international educational exchange, the education of foreign students is an important part. In 2013, the development strategy of "Belt and Road" brought new vitality and opportunity for the development of foreign students' education in Yunnan Province. A large number of foreign students from countries along the "Belt and Road" line poured into the educational market in Yunnan. The "Belt and Road" strategy is also a challenge to the development of foreign students education in Yunnan colleges and universities. This paper takes the South and Southeast Asian students of Yunnan normal University as the research object. Combined with the "college student satisfaction" evaluation system, from the teaching content, teaching process, teaching resources and teaching results of the four satisfaction factors. The first part is the introduction part, which mainly describes the research background and significance of this paper. The second to fourth parts are the key part of this paper, taking the teaching satisfaction of South Asia and Southeast Asia of Yunnan normal University as an example, using data statistics, comparative analysis and other methods. The content of teaching, teaching process, teaching resources and teaching effect of four aspects of the satisfaction of the data statistics and horizontal comparison, and then with the background variables: whether Chinese students, student categories. Study abroad expense source. Finally, according to the results of the survey, the problems existing in the teaching management of foreign students in Yunnan normal University are summarized and analyzed. 5th part is aimed at the cloud. The author thinks that the problems existing in the teaching management of foreign students in South normal University should be put forward. Through the analysis of the teaching satisfaction of students in South and Southeast Asia, we can understand the diversified learning needs of international students, understand the advantages and disadvantages of colleges and universities, in order to carry out the needs of students. In order to promote the internationalization of higher education, Yunnan universities should take the opportunity of Belt and Road's development strategy to take the education of foreign students as the grasp of internationalization of higher education.
