【摘要】：隨著中國"一帶一路"倡議的推行,中非海上通道合作的緊迫性愈加明顯。從國際政治經(jīng)濟學(xué)的視角出發(fā),中非海上通道合作可以理解為中非政治經(jīng)濟互動的表現(xiàn)結(jié)果。作為中國在美國霸權(quán)統(tǒng)治下發(fā)展崛起的重要一環(huán),中非海上通道存在較強合作動力的同時,也受到印度因素的干擾、美日因素的干擾和"中國威脅論"的詆毀。因此,中國需積極創(chuàng)建、維護和運作中非海上通道合作的機制。在總體外交格局構(gòu)建的基礎(chǔ)上,積極探索新型大國關(guān)系的構(gòu)建,在中非相互依賴的基礎(chǔ)上完善我國多樣化貿(mào)易與海運體系。
[Abstract]:With the implementation of China's "Belt and Road" initiative, the urgency of China-Africa maritime channel cooperation becomes more and more obvious. From the perspective of international political economy. China-Africa maritime channel cooperation can be understood as the performance of China-Africa political and economic interaction. As an important part of China's development and rise under the hegemony of the United States, China-Africa maritime channel has a strong power of cooperation at the same time. It is also disturbed by the Indian factor, the American and Japanese factors and the denigration of the "China threat theory." therefore, China needs to actively create. On the basis of the construction of the overall diplomatic pattern, we will actively explore the construction of a new type of major power relationship. China's diversified trade and shipping system should be perfected on the basis of the interdependence between China and Africa.
