【摘要】：2014年4月黑龍江省委提出了 "龍江絲路帶"發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,2015年,"一帶一路"建設(shè)理念出臺(tái),"龍江絲路帶"被納入其中。哈爾濱作為"龍江絲路帶"建設(shè)的核心城市,這為哈爾濱旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展創(chuàng)造了新的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。本文運(yùn)用定性分析與定量分析相結(jié)合的研究方法,針對(duì)"龍江絲路帶"背景下哈爾濱旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展進(jìn)行研究。首先,文章對(duì)"龍江絲路帶"的概念做出了界定,并闡述了"龍江絲路帶"建設(shè)的意義,解析旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)涵及特性。在昂普分析理論、產(chǎn)業(yè)融合理論、產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚理論及可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論的基礎(chǔ)下,整理、分析、總結(jié)了國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者在旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)領(lǐng)域的學(xué)術(shù)研究現(xiàn)狀和成果。其次,文章分析了"龍江絲路帶"在哈爾濱及各節(jié)點(diǎn)城市的建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀以及對(duì)哈爾濱旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展帶來(lái)的多方面的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),機(jī)遇大于挑戰(zhàn),其中,機(jī)遇主要表現(xiàn)在交通的完善、簽證手續(xù)的簡(jiǎn)化和文化旅游合作的加強(qiáng)等方面,挑戰(zhàn)則主要是來(lái)自"龍江絲路帶"節(jié)點(diǎn)城市的區(qū)域競(jìng)爭(zhēng)以及資源開(kāi)發(fā)等。第三,采用昂普分析的方法,在對(duì)"龍江絲路帶"背景下哈爾濱旅游資源的類型及特征進(jìn)行了分析,并在此基礎(chǔ)之上通過(guò)發(fā)放問(wèn)卷的途徑,對(duì)"龍江絲路帶"背景下哈爾濱旅游市場(chǎng)實(shí)施多維系統(tǒng)分析,進(jìn)而進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品分析。第四,文章指出在"龍江絲路帶"背景下發(fā)展哈爾濱旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)要以特色突出、擴(kuò)大開(kāi)放、以人為本人本、共享發(fā)展以及綠色環(huán)保為原則,采用政府主導(dǎo)、資源導(dǎo)向、產(chǎn)業(yè)融合和市場(chǎng)需求相結(jié)合的發(fā)展模式。最后,文章針對(duì)現(xiàn)階段存在的問(wèn)題和挑戰(zhàn),從政府層面、企業(yè)層面及其他組織層面提出了在這"龍江絲路帶"背景下哈爾濱旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的對(duì)策,為政府及旅游企業(yè)發(fā)展旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)和開(kāi)發(fā)旅游產(chǎn)品提供了 一定的借鑒。
[Abstract]:In April 2014, Heilongjiang Provincial Party Committee put forward the development strategy of "Longjiang Silk Road Belt", and in 2015, the concept of "Belt and Road" construction came out. "Longjiang Silk Road Belt" is included. Harbin is the core city of "Longjiang Silk Road Belt" construction. This has created new opportunities and challenges for the development of Harbin tourism industry. The paper studies the development of Harbin tourism industry under the background of "Longjiang Silk Road Belt". Firstly, the paper defines the concept of "Longjiang Silk Road Belt" and expounds the significance of "Longjiang Silk Road Belt" construction. Analyze the connotation and characteristics of tourism industry. On the basis of the analysis theory, the theory of industrial convergence, the theory of industrial agglomeration and the theory of sustainable development, collate and analyze. Summarized the domestic and foreign scholars in the field of tourism industry academic research status and achievements. Secondly. This paper analyzes the present situation of the construction of "Longjiang Silk Road Belt" in Harbin and each node city, and the opportunities and challenges brought about by the development of Harbin tourism industry. The opportunities are more than the challenges, among which the opportunities are greater than the challenges. The opportunities are mainly reflected in the improvement of transportation, the simplification of visa procedures and the strengthening of cultural tourism cooperation, while the challenges are mainly regional competition and resource development from the "Longjiang Silk Road" node cities. This paper analyzes the types and characteristics of Harbin tourism resources under the background of "Longjiang Silk Road Belt" by using the method of Unpu analysis, and on this basis, through the way of issuing questionnaires. This paper analyzes the tourism market of Harbin under the background of "Longjiang Silk Road Belt", and then carries out the product analysis. 4th, the article points out that the development of Harbin tourism industry under the background of "Longjiang Silk Road Belt" should be characterized by its characteristics. Expand the opening, people-oriented, shared development and green environmental protection as the principle of the adoption of government-led, resource-oriented, industrial integration and market demand combined development model. Finally. Aiming at the existing problems and challenges at the present stage, the paper puts forward the countermeasures for the development of Harbin tourism industry under the background of "Longjiang Silk Road Belt" from the government level, enterprise level and other organizational level. It provides some reference for government and tourism enterprises to develop tourism industry and tourism products.
