【摘要】："一帶一路"倡議的國(guó)際背景是西方主導(dǎo)下的世界發(fā)展潮流遭遇頹勢(shì)。一方面,資本主義積累模式加劇世界貧富分化;另一方面,弱肉強(qiáng)食的強(qiáng)權(quán)政治模式導(dǎo)致世界日趨動(dòng)蕩;同時(shí),線性思維的西方價(jià)值觀造成非西方國(guó)家"價(jià)值錯(cuò)位"。世界呼喚新的發(fā)展理念。應(yīng)運(yùn)而生的"一帶一路"倡議體現(xiàn)出全球發(fā)展的中國(guó)理念:一是強(qiáng)調(diào)世界各國(guó)"共同富裕",有助于緩解南北矛盾;二是強(qiáng)調(diào)地緣經(jīng)濟(jì)整合,有助于緩解歐亞大陸碎片化后遺癥;三是倡導(dǎo)"民心相通"和兼容并蓄,有利于創(chuàng)造新型文明觀。但是,知難行易,"一帶一路"倡議的落實(shí)面臨諸多難題和挑戰(zhàn)。
[Abstract]:The international background of the "Belt and Road" initiative is that the trend of world development under the guidance of the West is in a state of decline. On the one hand, the accumulation pattern of capitalism intensifies the polarization between the rich and the poor in the world; On the other hand, the power politics model of the law of the jungle causes the world to become more and more unstable. At the same time. The western values of linear thinking cause non-western countries "value dislocation". The world calls for a new concept of development. The "Belt and Road" initiative, which emerged as the times require, embodies the Chinese concept of global development: first, the emphasis is placed on the countries of the world. " Common prosperity ". It helps to alleviate the contradiction between north and south; Second, the emphasis on geo-economic integration is helpful to alleviate the fragmentation sequelae of Eurasia. The third is to advocate that "the people's hearts are interlinked" and inclusive, which is conducive to the creation of a new concept of civilization. However, the implementation of the "Belt and Road" initiative is faced with many difficulties and challenges because it is difficult to do so.
