【摘要】：朝鮮核問題一直是國際社會的熱點話題,隨著朝鮮核問題的升級,中國如何進行應(yīng)對成為舉世關(guān)注的話題。為了成為地區(qū)性大國,擺脫美國等資本主義國家的威脅,朝鮮致力于開發(fā)核武器,但是朝鮮的擁核行為明顯是公然挑釁禁止核擴散的協(xié)議,這對于世界和平來說是一種極大的威脅,這注定朝鮮核建設(shè)在世界范圍內(nèi)不被認可,孤立無援。中國政府一再聲明不支持朝鮮進行核擴散試驗,若是朝鮮堅持一意孤行,中國必然會采取相應(yīng)的措施。值得思考的是隨著朝鮮核問題的升級,美韓等國已經(jīng)表現(xiàn)出極大地不滿,中國做出何種選擇,這是必須深思的問題。由于冷戰(zhàn)后朝鮮地緣政治環(huán)境發(fā)生了變化,中俄兩國對朝鮮的態(tài)度也悄然改變,隨著美國對朝鮮施加的壓力不斷增強,且朝鮮面臨著國內(nèi)能源短缺的情況,為此朝鮮啟動了核計劃。在政治領(lǐng)域,朝鮮開發(fā)核武器會造成中國周邊環(huán)境不穩(wěn)定,對中國在國際政治舞臺上的形象帶來負面影響;在安全領(lǐng)域,朝鮮開發(fā)核武器將會引發(fā)地區(qū)間核軍備競賽會,導(dǎo)致美韓進行軍事介入;在經(jīng)濟領(lǐng)域,朝核問題會對中朝貿(mào)易往來和東北亞地區(qū)經(jīng)濟合作產(chǎn)生阻礙作用,影響到中國"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略的實施。2016年9月,朝鮮進行了第五次核試驗,向國際社會展現(xiàn)了自己擁核的決心,周邊各國紛紛表示震驚和譴責(zé)�？梢灶A(yù)見,朝鮮對中朝關(guān)系發(fā)展受阻和地區(qū)局勢惡化做好了準(zhǔn)備,將會堅持"經(jīng)濟與核武"并行的戰(zhàn)略。面對這一情況,中國應(yīng)當(dāng)始終堅持和平的半島政策,積極參與聯(lián)合國制裁,酌情考慮朝鮮民生,在六方會談框架下解決朝核問題,引導(dǎo)朝鮮加入地區(qū)合作機制。

Predictably, North Korea blocked the development of China DPRK relations The deteriorating situation in the region and ready, will adhere to the "economic and nuclear" parallel strategy.
