【摘要】：中國(guó)鐵路特別是中國(guó)高速鐵路的橫空出世,已經(jīng)或正在改變?nèi)藗兊臅r(shí)空觀念。鐵路走出去的時(shí)間價(jià)值和空間意義是"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略的重要推動(dòng)力。所謂鐵路走出去的時(shí)間價(jià)值,即由于快捷及交易成本的降低,鐵路會(huì)成為交通出行和物流運(yùn)輸?shù)膬?yōu)先選擇,為中國(guó)和沿線國(guó)家?guī)砀ｌ�。所謂鐵路走出去的空間意義是指鐵路尤其是高鐵的互聯(lián)互通,必將引起"一帶一路"沿線空間經(jīng)濟(jì)格局的深刻變化,改變國(guó)內(nèi)和國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)不平衡狀態(tài),帶動(dòng)中國(guó)西部和沿線發(fā)展中國(guó)家的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。應(yīng)積極面對(duì)諸如沿線國(guó)家需求不同、沿線發(fā)展中國(guó)家資金短缺、沿線國(guó)家鐵路標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不統(tǒng)一等約束條件,提升鐵路運(yùn)輸?shù)臅r(shí)間價(jià)值和空間意義,推進(jìn)中國(guó)鐵路走出去。
[Abstract]:The emergence of Chinese railways, especially Chinese high-speed railways. The time value and space significance of railway going out is the important driving force of "Belt and Road" strategy, and the so-called time value of railway going out. That is, because of the fast speed and the reduction of transaction cost, railway will become the priority choice of transportation and logistics transportation. The spatial meaning of going out of the railway refers to the interconnection of the railway, especially the high-speed railway, which will inevitably cause profound changes in the spatial economic pattern along the "Belt and Road" route. To change the domestic and international economic imbalance and promote the economic development of the western China and the developing countries along the route, we should actively face up to the different needs of the countries along the route and the shortage of funds in the developing countries along the routes. The disunity of railway standards in the countries along the railway line promotes the time value and spatial significance of railway transportation and promotes the Chinese railway going out.
