【摘要】：隨著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的不斷深化,世界各國(guó)和地區(qū)之間的經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系越加緊密。我國(guó)政府在21世紀(jì)之初提出了中國(guó)企業(yè)“走出去”的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略;并在2013年進(jìn)一步提出了“一帶一路”的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略�！白叱鋈ァ焙汀耙粠б宦贰睉�(zhàn)略的提出及推進(jìn),不但讓中國(guó)企業(yè)發(fā)展壯大,提高了國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,同時(shí)也革新了中國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式,平衡了國(guó)際收支水平,減少了與其他國(guó)家的貿(mào)易摩擦。然而,我國(guó)企業(yè)“走出去”雖然獲得了一些可喜成績(jī),但是對(duì)“走出去”的行業(yè)與區(qū)位選擇還有待商榷,而且在“走出去”過(guò)程中,不僅要面臨著外在的潛在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)威脅,而且自身也存在著競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力弱、融資難、經(jīng)營(yíng)管理不科學(xué)、優(yōu)秀經(jīng)營(yíng)管理人才缺乏等各種問(wèn)題,這都使得多數(shù)企業(yè)沒(méi)有取得預(yù)期的成果。擁有龐大的海外華僑華人群體是中國(guó)的一大國(guó)情,他們具有分布范圍廣、人數(shù)眾多,融入當(dāng)?shù)厣鐣?huì),熟悉當(dāng)?shù)胤?有廣泛的人脈關(guān)系和商業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò),積累了大量的財(cái)富等特點(diǎn),這些都決定了,海外華僑華人必將在我國(guó)企業(yè)“走出去”的進(jìn)程里,發(fā)揮重要而獨(dú)特地作用。所以,借助海外華商網(wǎng)絡(luò),能夠幫助我國(guó)企業(yè)更快更好地“走出去”�；谏鲜銮闆r,本文在相關(guān)海外直接投資理論成果的根本上,對(duì)海外直接投資的相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行整理,界定了海外直接投資基本概念,介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者關(guān)于海外直接投資、國(guó)內(nèi)學(xué)者關(guān)于中國(guó)企業(yè)“走出去”和依靠海外華商網(wǎng)絡(luò)“走出去”的相關(guān)理論研究成果,為文章的研究提供了理論基礎(chǔ)。其次,介紹了中國(guó)企業(yè)“走出去”的發(fā)展歷程與現(xiàn)狀,以及分析了海外華商網(wǎng)絡(luò)的概念、特點(diǎn)、困境以及地位和作用等。第三、基于對(duì)中國(guó)企業(yè)“走出去”行業(yè)、區(qū)位分布現(xiàn)狀和海外華商網(wǎng)絡(luò)行業(yè)、區(qū)位特征的分析,以及“走出去”行業(yè)、區(qū)位選擇標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的研究,就企業(yè)“走出去”該如何確定行業(yè)、區(qū)位提出建議。第四、對(duì)中國(guó)企業(yè)“走出去”的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)與自身存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析,就如何借助海外華商網(wǎng)絡(luò)來(lái)更快更好的踐行“走出去”戰(zhàn)略提出建設(shè)性的意見(jiàn)。最后,通過(guò)分析A企業(yè)借助海外華商踐行“走出去”戰(zhàn)略的真實(shí)案例,希望能給廣大企業(yè)提供一定的示范作用。本文從海外華商網(wǎng)絡(luò)角度對(duì)中國(guó)企業(yè)“走出去”進(jìn)行研究,可以充實(shí)并進(jìn)一步提升“走出去”理論,同時(shí)希望可以幫助提升中國(guó)企業(yè)在世界上的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,最終達(dá)到調(diào)整及整合升級(jí)中國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的目的。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the economic globalization, between countries and regions of the world increasingly close economic ties. The Chinese government at the beginning of the twenty-first Century proposed Chinese enterprises "going out" development strategy in 2013; and further put forward the development strategy of "The Belt and Road." "go out" and "The Belt and Road" strategy put forward and forward, not only let the Chinese enterprise development, improve the international competitiveness, but also the Chinese innovation of the mode of economic development, balance of international payments, reduce trade friction with other countries. However, China's enterprises "going out" although made some gratifying achievements, but to "go out" the industry and location choice is debatable, but in the "going out" process, not only to face the potential risk of external threat, but also has its own weak competitiveness, financing, management Is not scientific, excellent management talents shortage and other issues, which makes most of the enterprises did not achieve the expected results. Have a large group of overseas Chinese is a national Chinese, they have a wide distribution, large number of integration into the local community, familiar with the law, have extensive connections and business network. The accumulated wealth and other characteristics, these are decided, the overseas Chinese will in China's enterprises "going out" process, play an important and unique role. So, with the help of overseas Chinese business network, to help Chinese enterprises better and faster "going out". Based on the above situation, this paper simply direct investment the related theoretical achievements in overseas, related research on foreign direct investment are analyzed, the definition of the basic concept of overseas direct investment, the domestic and foreign scholars in foreign direct investment in China In the scholars China enterprises to "go out" and rely on overseas Chinese network "going out" of the relevant theoretical research results, provides a theoretical basis for the research. Secondly, introduces the Chinese enterprises "going out" of the development process and current situation, and analyzes the concept of overseas Chinese, the characteristics of the network, as well as status and difficulties the role of China. Third, enterprises "going out" industry based on the regional distribution and the overseas Chinese network industry, analysis of regional characteristics, and "going out" industry, research on the location selection criteria, it enterprises to "go out" to determine how the industry proposed location. Fourth, the risk of Chinese enterprise "go out" and its analysis of existing problems, on how to help the overseas Chinese network to practice the "faster and better" going out "strategy put forward constructive suggestions. Finally, through the analysis of A Enterprises With the real case of overseas Chinese industry to implement the "going out" strategy, hoping to provide a demonstration for the majority of enterprises.
