【摘要】：美國(guó)移民政策是永遠(yuǎn)活躍的話題,在過去幾十年里各任總統(tǒng)都為此付出了巨大心力。由于2008年經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)以及現(xiàn)有移民系統(tǒng)的殘缺,進(jìn)行移民改革已經(jīng)刻不容緩。奧巴馬總統(tǒng)上臺(tái)時(shí)承諾會(huì)與國(guó)會(huì)合作,為非法移民尋求一條獲得永久居民權(quán)的通道并在接下來的六年中為實(shí)現(xiàn)這一目標(biāo)而付出努力。但是奧巴馬的這一惠及千百萬非法移民的改革目標(biāo)從提出之始就飽受爭(zhēng)議,遭到部分當(dāng)?shù)匕兹?非裔美國(guó)人及共和黨的強(qiáng)烈反對(duì)及譴責(zé),幾乎他的每項(xiàng)重大移民舉措都伴隨著反對(duì)與批評(píng),但他從沒有妥協(xié),在呼吁立法無果的情況下,始終堅(jiān)持進(jìn)行非法移民改革。本文以此為切入點(diǎn),嘗試從美國(guó)社會(huì)層面,民主黨的黨派政治以及奧巴馬的個(gè)人抱負(fù)三個(gè)方面來依次深入分析奧巴馬總統(tǒng)堅(jiān)持進(jìn)行非法移民改革的原因,并以此期待對(duì)奧巴馬的非法移民改革有一個(gè)全面透徹的了解。通過分析,作者認(rèn)為奧巴馬堅(jiān)持進(jìn)行非法移民改革有以下三個(gè)原因:首先,從美國(guó)社會(huì)層面來說,非法移民改革有利于緩解美國(guó)目前面臨的許多問題。其次,從執(zhí)政黨層面來說,非法移民改革的進(jìn)行與民主黨的黨派利益是一致的。最后,從奧巴馬個(gè)人方面來說,非法移民改革符合奧巴馬的個(gè)人抱負(fù)。因此,基于對(duì)以上三個(gè)方面的考慮,奧巴馬堅(jiān)持進(jìn)行非法移民改革。
