【摘要】：新喀里多尼亞是法國具有特殊地位的海外屬地,其被殖民統(tǒng)治已經(jīng)有150多年。本土原住民卡納克人一直堅(jiān)持斗爭以尋求民族解放和國家獨(dú)立,與歐洲移民形成嚴(yán)重的對立,暴力沖突時有發(fā)生�！恶R提翁協(xié)議》和《努美阿協(xié)議》的簽署奠定了政治解決新喀里多尼亞問題的基礎(chǔ),法國政府將逐漸向新喀里多尼亞政府移交權(quán)力。當(dāng)前,新喀里多尼亞政府已經(jīng)可以行使除司法、公共安全、防務(wù)、貨幣、部分外交權(quán)以外的國家權(quán)力,民族獨(dú)立指日可待。
[Abstract]:New Caledonian is a special overseas territory of France, which has been colonized for more than 150 years. The indigenous Kanaks have always persisted in their struggle for national liberation and national independence, forming serious antagonism with European immigrants, and violent conflicts have occurred from time to time. The signing of the Matignon Agreement and the Noum 茅 a Agreement laid the foundation for a political solution to the New Caledonian problem, and the French government will gradually transfer power to the New Caledonian government. At present, the New Caledonian government has been able to exercise state power other than justice, public security, defense, currency and some diplomatic powers, and national independence is just around the corner.
