【摘要】：本文以1922—1953年蘇聯(lián)的語(yǔ)言政策為研究對(duì)象,首先論述了蘇聯(lián)民族語(yǔ)言的基本狀況,其次將這時(shí)期的語(yǔ)言政策分為1922—1938年、1938—1953年兩個(gè)階段,探討了兩個(gè)階段語(yǔ)言政策制定的背景、實(shí)施過(guò)程及主要影響�？傊�,蘇聯(lián)的語(yǔ)言政策經(jīng)歷了由各民族語(yǔ)言平等到強(qiáng)化俄語(yǔ)的政策。在列寧提倡的各民族語(yǔ)言平等原則下,蘇維埃政權(quán)實(shí)施了一系列措施,使得民族語(yǔ)言出現(xiàn)了短暫的發(fā)展。列寧的語(yǔ)言政策即便未能很好的貫徹執(zhí)行,但至少保證了民族母語(yǔ)的使用權(quán)。作為企圖調(diào)和非俄羅斯人民和蘇維埃政權(quán)的一種政治策略,這可能是最好的政策,它確實(shí)產(chǎn)生了積極的影響。30年代后期,斯大林也一直打著“各民族語(yǔ)言平等”的口號(hào),但是實(shí)際上,語(yǔ)言政策的實(shí)施表明政策已向推廣俄語(yǔ)化邁進(jìn)了。政策的實(shí)施使得民族語(yǔ)言學(xué)校迅速減少,許多民族語(yǔ)言處在滅絕的邊緣。30年代后期,推廣的俄語(yǔ)政策為后來(lái)俄語(yǔ)同化政策奠定了基礎(chǔ),同時(shí)也為蘇聯(lián)解體埋下了潛在的危機(jī)。
[Abstract]:Based on the language policy of the Soviet Union in 1922 and 1953, this paper first discusses the basic situation of the national language of the Soviet Union, and then divides the language policy of the period into 1922,1938,1938 and 1953, and discusses the background of the two-stage language policy development. Implementation process and main impact. In short, the Soviet language policy has experienced a policy of equal access to the strengthening of Russian by the various ethnic languages. Under the principle of the equality of the national languages advocated by Lenin, the Soviet regime implemented a series of measures to make the national language develop briefly. Lenin's language policy has not been implemented well, but at least the right to use the native language is guaranteed. As a political strategy to try to reconcile the non-Russian people and the Soviet regime, this could be the best policy, and it did have a positive impact. In the late 1930s, Stalin has always been the slogan of the "equality of the nations", but in fact, The implementation of language policy has shown that the policy has been moving towards the promotion of the Russian language. The implementation of the policy has led to the rapid decline of the national language schools, and many of the national languages are in the brink of extinction. In the late 1930s, the promotion of the Russian policy laid the foundation for later Russian assimilation, and also laid down a potential crisis for the collapse of the Soviet Union.
