【摘要】：北約從阿富汗撤軍和撤軍后阿富汗的局勢(shì)都影響著中亞地區(qū)的安全,但它們對(duì)中亞各個(gè)國(guó)家的影響在程度和具體內(nèi)容上明顯不同。面對(duì)北約從阿富汗撤軍的影響,中亞國(guó)家難以通過向阿富汗政府提供有效的軍事和政治支持來防范威脅進(jìn)入,只能更多地向俄羅斯或美國(guó)尋求安全保障。與此同時(shí),中亞國(guó)家不同的安全戰(zhàn)略選擇也使北約從阿富汗撤軍的影響有所擴(kuò)大。
[Abstract]:NATO's withdrawal from Afghanistan and the situation in Afghanistan after withdrawal all affect the security of Central Asia, but their influence on countries in Central Asia is obviously different in degree and content. In the face of NATO's withdrawal from Afghanistan, it is difficult for Central Asian countries to prevent threats by providing effective military and political support to the Afghan government, and can only seek more security guarantees from Russia or the United States. At the same time, the impact of NATO's withdrawal from Afghanistan has been broadened by the different security strategic options of Central Asian countries.
