【摘要】：作為人類(lèi)歷史上最為慘烈,涉及范圍最廣的戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng),第二次世界大戰(zhàn)給人類(lèi)歷史留下了重大影響。在整個(gè)第二次世界大戰(zhàn)中,美國(guó)戰(zhàn)略轟炸部隊(duì)作為一支新生的力量,始終貫穿于整個(gè)二戰(zhàn),并為世界反法西斯戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)的勝利作出了自己的卓越貢獻(xiàn)。 在第二次世界大戰(zhàn)之前,憑借美國(guó)非凡的工業(yè)實(shí)力與航空先驅(qū)的努力,根據(jù)第一次世界大戰(zhàn)以及一戰(zhàn)后局部戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)的經(jīng)驗(yàn),美國(guó)陸軍建立了一支以戰(zhàn)略轟炸理論思想為指導(dǎo)的陸軍航空兵,走上了與當(dāng)時(shí)大多數(shù)國(guó)家不同的空軍建設(shè)道路;在隨后的二戰(zhàn)中,憑借戰(zhàn)略空軍的獨(dú)特優(yōu)勢(shì),美國(guó)戰(zhàn)略轟炸部隊(duì)越過(guò)前線,直接轟炸了德國(guó)與日本的腹地,沉重打擊了法西斯國(guó)家的戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)實(shí)力,削弱了這兩個(gè)國(guó)家人民的戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)心理,并在一定程度上減輕了盟軍所承受的前線壓力,為最終盟軍取得第二次世界大戰(zhàn)的勝利作出了巨大而又無(wú)可替代的貢獻(xiàn)。 二戰(zhàn)結(jié)束以后,以美國(guó)戰(zhàn)略轟炸部隊(duì)在二戰(zhàn)中的經(jīng)驗(yàn)與教訓(xùn)為借鑒,美國(guó)終于建立的獨(dú)立的空軍軍種,并對(duì)戰(zhàn)后各國(guó)的空軍建設(shè)提供了借鑒。在二戰(zhàn)以后,各大國(guó)都紛紛建立類(lèi)似美國(guó)空軍模式的戰(zhàn)略空軍,可見(jiàn)美國(guó)戰(zhàn)略轟炸部隊(duì)在思想上的重大影響。在新世紀(jì),我國(guó)逐漸崛起,在國(guó)防建設(shè)中,借鑒美國(guó)戰(zhàn)略轟炸部隊(duì)的經(jīng)驗(yàn),建議一支強(qiáng)大的戰(zhàn)略空軍,不僅能夠鞏固我國(guó)的國(guó)防,亦能為我國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)提供一個(gè)堅(jiān)實(shí)的外部安全保證。
[Abstract]:As the deadliest and most extensive war in human history, World War II has left a great influence on human history. Throughout the second World War, the American Strategic bombing Force, as a new force, continued throughout World War II and made its own outstanding contribution to the victory of the world's anti-fascist war. Prior to the second World War, by virtue of the extraordinary industrial strength of the United States and the efforts of aviation pioneers, based on the experience of World War I and local wars after the first World War, The U. S. Army set up an army air force guided by the theory of strategic bombing and embarked on a different road to air force construction than most countries at that time. In the ensuing World War II, by virtue of the unique advantages of the Strategic Air Force, the United States strategic bombing forces crossed the front lines and directly bombed the hinterlands of Germany and Japan, which severely hit the war strength of the fascist countries. The war mentality of the two peoples was weakened, and the frontline pressure on the allies was alleviated to a certain extent, which made a great and irreplaceable contribution to the final victory of the Allied forces in the second World War. After the end of World War II, based on the experience and lessons of the American strategic bombing forces in World War II, the United States finally established an independent air force, and provided reference for the construction of the air forces of all countries after the war. After World War II, all the major countries set up strategic air force similar to that of the United States Air Force. It can be seen that the strategic bombing force of the United States has a great ideological impact. In the new century, China has gradually risen up. In the course of national defense construction, we should draw lessons from the experience of the US strategic bombing force and suggest that a strong strategic air force can not only consolidate our national defense. It can also provide a solid external security guarantee for the economic construction of our country.
