【摘要】：釣魚島自古為中國臺灣島的附屬島嶼,與古"琉球"沒有任何關(guān)系。資料已經(jīng)確鑿證明,日本在明治維新后,曾多次想建立國標(biāo)占有該群島,但迫于清政府的壓力而沒能實施,1895年日本利用《馬關(guān)條約》,偷偷將該群島納入其領(lǐng)土范圍。二戰(zhàn)后在開羅會議期間,琉球歸屬第一次浮出水面,但由于蔣介石的失誤,致使在《開羅宣言》中未確定琉球未來回歸中國的定位。二戰(zhàn)結(jié)束以后,中華民國政府也曾積極地主張收回琉球,這其中就包括了"釣魚列島",更在中琉劃界問題上,提出以"釣魚列島"最北的"赤尾嶼",作為中國與琉球之中方邊界。但由于美國的教唆菲律賓政府提出反對,并以"臺灣自決"相抗衡,致使風(fēng)雨飄搖的中華民國,連退而要求將中琉分界線劃在"釣魚列島"以外的想法也沒能實現(xiàn)。這樣"釣魚列島"就被裹挾到"琉球群島"中,進(jìn)而以"琉球"的一部分最后被美國所托管。
[Abstract]:Diaoyu Island is a subsidiary of Taiwan Island of China since ancient times and has nothing to do with Ryukyu Island. After the Meiji Restoration, Japan tried to establish a national standard to occupy the archipelago, but under the pressure of the Qing government, it was unable to implement it. In 1895, Japan used the Treaty of Malaysia to secretly bring the Islands into its territory. During the Cairo Conference after World War II, Ryukyu's ownership first surfaced, but owing to Jiang Jieshi's mistakes, the position of Ryukyu's future return to China was not determined in Cairo Declaration. After the end of World War II, the Government of the Republic of China also actively advocated the recovery of Ryukyu, which included the "fishing islands." on the issue of demarcation of the Central Ryukyu Islands, the "Chitai Island", the northernmost of the "fishing islands," was proposed. As the Chinese border between China and Ryukyu. However, because the United States instigated the Philippine Government to raise its objection and to counteract it with "Taiwan's self-determination," the stormy Republic of China even retreated and demanded that the demarcation line between China and Taiwan be drawn outside the "fishing archipelago." In this way, the fishing Islands were held in the Ryukyu Islands, and then part of the Ryukyu Islands was eventually taken into trust by the United States.
