【摘要】：正傳播的政治史經(jīng)常被強(qiáng)調(diào)為是通往自由的驚心動(dòng)魄的征途:無(wú)可避免的、光芒四射的崛起打碎了奴役的黑暗枷鎖。這是個(gè)不錯(cuò)的傳奇故事,不過(guò)有些粗略。我們這里以印刷時(shí)代為例開(kāi)始討論的審查機(jī)構(gòu)的漫長(zhǎng)歷史展示出一些數(shù)量的循環(huán)機(jī)制,在這里,不管是好的還是壞的意愿都不能作為主宰來(lái)統(tǒng)治。顛倒的關(guān)系就好像昨天在書(shū)店和君主之間,今天在記者和部長(zhǎng)之間有一個(gè)零賭注的賭博。前者越有力越自信,后者就越謙卑越可憐。
[Abstract]:The political history that is spreading is often highlighted as a thrilling journey to freedom: the inevitable and shining rise of slavery breaks the chains of darkness. It's a good legend, but a little rough. The long history of the censors, which we have discussed here as an example of the printing age, shows a number of circular mechanisms in which good or bad intentions cannot rule as masters. The upside-down relationship was like a zero-bet between the bookshop and the monarch yesterday and between reporters and ministers today. The more powerful the former, the more confident he is, the more humble the latter.
