文藝復(fù)興時(shí)期佛羅倫薩的嫁妝基金制度研究

【摘要】： 嫁妝基金是15-16世紀(jì)佛羅倫薩共和國(guó)實(shí)行的一種募集婚嫁費(fèi)用和解決財(cái)政困難的手段。國(guó)外學(xué)者多從婚姻史或婦女史的角度論述嫁妝的重要性,國(guó)內(nèi)學(xué)界幾乎不涉及這個(gè)問題。本文試從經(jīng)濟(jì)史的角度,考察文藝復(fù)興時(shí)期佛羅倫薩設(shè)立嫁妝基金制度的背景、推行過程及其歷史作用,以期引起學(xué)界對(duì)這個(gè)問題的關(guān)注。 本文第一章主要分析了文藝復(fù)興時(shí)期佛羅倫薩的經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治和社會(huì)狀況,論述了嫁妝基金制度的歷史背景。第二章著重分析嫁妝基金的建立和基本運(yùn)行過程。第三章主要分析嫁妝基金制度的數(shù)次改革。第四章論述嫁妝基金制度的歷史作用,一方面,佛羅倫薩政府以嫁妝基金為契機(jī),介入到市民婚嫁事務(wù)中來,并通過多次改革,使這一制度逐漸適應(yīng)社會(huì)需要。嫁妝基金制度促進(jìn)了佛羅倫薩婚姻市場(chǎng)的繁榮,在一定程度上解決了勞動(dòng)力匱乏的問題;另一方面,嫁妝基金制度的改革措施過于維護(hù)政府利益,損害市民利益,產(chǎn)生了一系列不良后果,最終從佛羅倫薩的歷史上消失了。
[Abstract]:Dowry Fund is a method of raising money and solving financial difficulties in the Republic of Florence in the 15-16 th century. Foreign scholars discuss the importance of dowry from the angle of marriage history or women's history. From the angle of economic history, this paper attempts to investigate the background, the process and the historical function of the dowry fund system in Florence during the Renaissance period, in order to arouse the attention of the academic circles on this issue. The first chapter mainly analyzes the economic, political and social conditions of Florence during the Renaissance, and discusses the historical background of dowry fund system. The second chapter analyzes the foundation and basic operation process of dowry fund. The third chapter mainly analyzes several reforms of dowry fund system. The fourth chapter discusses the historical role of the dowry fund system. On the one hand, the Florence government takes the dowry fund as the opportunity to intervene in the civil marriage affairs, and through many reforms, makes this system gradually adapt to the needs of the society. Dowry fund system promoted the prosperity of Florence marriage market and solved the problem of labor shortage to some extent. On the other hand, the reform measures of dowry fund system were too protective of the government interests, damaged the interests of the citizens, produced a series of adverse consequences, and finally disappeared from the history of Florence.
