【摘要】：韓國(guó)建國(guó)初期,國(guó)內(nèi)復(fù)雜的政治矛盾導(dǎo)致了一系列圍繞政權(quán)問(wèn)題的政治危機(jī),并且呈愈演愈烈的態(tài)勢(shì)。在東西方冷戰(zhàn)的大背景下,朝鮮半島作為冷戰(zhàn)的前沿陣地,韓國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)所發(fā)生的政治危機(jī)無(wú)疑成為美國(guó)東北亞戰(zhàn)略的一種羈絆。杜魯門(mén)政府通過(guò)與李承晚集團(tuán)的交涉及出臺(tái)相關(guān)政策對(duì)韓國(guó)每一次政治危機(jī)進(jìn)行了不同程度的干涉,基于對(duì)美國(guó)自身、韓國(guó)和國(guó)際各方面諸多因素的綜合考量,其采取了非強(qiáng)制性的干涉方式。在整個(gè)干涉的過(guò)程中體現(xiàn)出了當(dāng)時(shí)美國(guó)在民主自由和國(guó)家利益之間的戰(zhàn)略抉擇和特點(diǎn)、暴露出了美國(guó)戰(zhàn)后初期在東北亞地區(qū)的決策困境、反映了美韓之間的微妙關(guān)系,同時(shí)這種干涉也對(duì)美國(guó)、韓國(guó)以及東北亞局勢(shì)的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了深遠(yuǎn)影響。
[Abstract]:At the beginning of the founding of the Republic of Korea, the complicated domestic political contradictions led to a series of political crises around regime issues, and became increasingly fierce. Under the background of the Cold War between East and West, the Korean Peninsula as the front position of the Cold War, the political crisis in South Korea has undoubtedly become a fetters of the Northeast Asia strategy of the United States. The Truman government has interfered with each political crisis in South Korea to varying degrees through the introduction of relevant policies through its relations with the Li Seung-Man Group, based on a comprehensive consideration of many factors in the United States itself, South Korea and the international community. It has adopted the non-mandatory interference way. During the whole process of intervention, it reflected the strategic choice and characteristics of the United States between democracy, freedom and national interests at that time, exposed the decision-making dilemma of the United States in Northeast Asia in the early post-war period, and reflected the delicate relationship between the United States and South Korea. At the same time, this interference also has a profound impact on the development of the situation in the United States, South Korea and Northeast Asia.
