【摘要】： 羅馬公民是羅馬國(guó)家的主體和基礎(chǔ),所以羅馬公民權(quán)的價(jià)值變化關(guān)系著羅馬國(guó)家的興衰。對(duì)古羅馬時(shí)期公民、公民權(quán)的研究,不僅有利于我們更好地理解羅馬公民權(quán)價(jià)值的變化和內(nèi)在含義,而且對(duì)于我們深入研究羅馬歷史發(fā)展規(guī)律有著重要意義。 本文主要通過(guò)以下幾個(gè)階段對(duì)羅馬公民權(quán)進(jìn)行論述: 第一,王政時(shí)期,羅馬公民權(quán)從血緣為紐帶轉(zhuǎn)入地域劃分。公民權(quán)的授予比較寬松,目的是增加勞動(dòng)力和兵源以解決生存危機(jī)。 第二,共和國(guó)時(shí)期,羅馬公民權(quán)從閉塞走向開(kāi)放。羅馬公民權(quán)隨著國(guó)家的興盛而其價(jià)值逐漸上升。隨著羅馬的對(duì)外擴(kuò)張和公民權(quán)的授予,羅馬公民發(fā)生了變化,逐漸走向奢侈墮落,公民權(quán)開(kāi)始貶值。 第三,帝國(guó)時(shí)期,公民權(quán)經(jīng)歷了空前擴(kuò)展,擴(kuò)大了羅馬的統(tǒng)治基礎(chǔ)和社會(huì)基礎(chǔ)。但是羅馬公民道德淪喪,再加上皇權(quán)的加強(qiáng),逐漸對(duì)政治失去熱情�？ɡɡ妨畹念C布,羅馬公民權(quán)的政治意義完全消失,成為羅馬公民變成一種沉重的負(fù)擔(dān),公民權(quán)大大貶值了。 總之,羅馬公民權(quán)價(jià)值的變化是由于羅馬社會(huì)發(fā)展所造成的。公民權(quán)的擴(kuò)展、公民精神的喪失以及羅馬國(guó)力的逐漸衰落促使了羅馬公民權(quán)價(jià)值的貶值。
[Abstract]:Roman citizenship is the main body and foundation of Roman state, so the value change of Roman citizenship is related to the rise and fall of Roman state. The study of citizenship in ancient Rome not only helps us to understand the change and meaning of the value of Roman citizenship, but also has great significance for us to study the law of Roman history. This article mainly through the following stages to discuss the Roman citizenship: first, during the royal administration, Roman citizenship from blood ties to geographical division. Citizenship is granted loosely to increase the supply of labor and soldiers to solve the survival crisis. Second, during the Republican period, Roman citizenship changed from closed to open. Roman citizenship grew in value as the country flourished. With the expansion of Rome and the granting of citizenship, Roman citizens changed and gradually degenerated into luxury, and the value of citizenship began to devalue. Third, during the imperial period, citizenship experienced unprecedented expansion, expanding the Roman ruling foundation and social basis. But the loss of Roman civic morality, coupled with the strengthening of imperial power, gradually lost enthusiasm for politics. With the promulgation of the decree, the political significance of Roman citizenship disappeared completely and became a heavy burden for Roman citizens. In short, the change in the value of Roman citizenship is due to the development of Roman society. The expansion of citizenship, the loss of civic spirit and the gradual decline of Roman national power contributed to the devaluation of the value of Roman citizenship.
