【摘要】：雖然冷戰(zhàn)初期美蘇爭奪的重點(diǎn)是歐洲,但由于中東地區(qū)戰(zhàn)后民族解放運(yùn)動的發(fā)展,加之英國在中東地區(qū)勢力的下降,美國開始代替英國在中東地區(qū)施加影響,并以此來防止蘇聯(lián)共產(chǎn)主義的侵蝕。在此背景下,鑒于沙特阿拉伯所具有的重要戰(zhàn)略地位,加之它擁有的豐富石油資源,沙特成為美國在中東地區(qū)實(shí)施影響的首選。 筆者主要運(yùn)用已解密的檔案資料并在國內(nèi)外研究的基礎(chǔ)上,從宣傳戰(zhàn)的角度分析杜魯門和艾森豪威爾政府時(shí)期美國對沙特宣傳戰(zhàn)的全貌。 正文主要分為三個(gè)部分,第一部分主要論述美國對沙特實(shí)行宣傳戰(zhàn)政策的主要原因是由于沙特的重要戰(zhàn)略地位和美蘇爭霸的需要；第二部分主要論述美國的宣傳戰(zhàn)政策在沙特的實(shí)施,即美國的宣傳政策和目標(biāo)、冷戰(zhàn)初期美國對沙特的宣傳和美沙政府的親密合作；第三部分主要評價(jià)美國對沙特的宣傳戰(zhàn)政策,即評價(jià)美國對沙特宣傳的成功之處和局限性、影響美國對沙特宣傳的不利因素以及美國對沙特實(shí)施宣傳戰(zhàn)的現(xiàn)實(shí)指導(dǎo)意義。 通過研究美國對沙特的宣傳政策,我們可以得出結(jié)論：維護(hù)國家利益是制定對外政策的根本標(biāo)準(zhǔn),即使是宗教信仰和意識形態(tài)截然不同的兩國,為了維護(hù)本國的利益也能進(jìn)行通力合作,僅僅按意識形態(tài)的不同來劃分兩國關(guān)系的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是不科學(xué)的。
[Abstract]:Although the United States and the Soviet Union focused on Europe at the beginning of the cold war, due to the development of the post-war national liberation movement in the Middle East region and the decline of British power in the Middle East region, the United States began to take the place of Britain to exert influence in the Middle East region. And in this way to prevent the erosion of Soviet communism. Against this background, Saudi Arabia has become the first choice of American influence in the Middle East because of its important strategic position and its abundant oil resources. Based on the declassified archival materials and the domestic and foreign research, the author analyzes the whole picture of the propaganda war between the United States and Saudi Arabia in the period of Truman and Eisenhower Administration from the angle of propaganda war. The main body is divided into three parts. The first part mainly discusses the main reasons of the propaganda war policy of the United States against Saudi Arabia, because of the important strategic position of Saudi Arabia and the need of the United States and Soviet Union to fight for hegemony; The second part mainly discusses the implementation of the propaganda war policy of the United States in Saudi Arabia, that is, the propaganda policy and goal of the United States, the propaganda of the United States to Saudi Arabia in the early Cold War and the close cooperation between the United States and the Government of the United States of America. The third part mainly evaluates the propaganda war policy of the United States to Saudi Arabia, that is, the success and limitation of American propaganda to Saudi Arabia, the unfavorable factors affecting American propaganda to Saudi Arabia and the practical guiding significance of American propaganda war against Saudi Arabia. By studying the propaganda policy of the United States towards Saudi Arabia, we can conclude that safeguarding the national interest is the fundamental criterion for the formulation of foreign policy, even in two countries with very different religious beliefs and ideologies. In order to protect our own interests and cooperate, it is not scientific to divide the relationship according to ideology.
