【摘要】：1969-1976年美國(guó)對(duì)菲律賓軍事安全政策是戰(zhàn)略調(diào)整還是戰(zhàn)術(shù)改變？學(xué)術(shù)界可謂眾說(shuō)紛紜。通過(guò)對(duì)1969-1976年間美國(guó)外交文件、檔案等研究，筆者認(rèn)為1969-1976年美國(guó)對(duì)菲律賓的軍事安全政策是戰(zhàn)術(shù)改變。本文分五個(gè)部分來(lái)進(jìn)行闡述，首先介紹1969年之前美國(guó)對(duì)菲律賓的軍事安全政策，重點(diǎn)介紹1969-1976年間尼克松、福特時(shí)期美國(guó)對(duì)菲律賓軍事安全政策，，并對(duì)其進(jìn)行分析，進(jìn)而得出美國(guó)這段時(shí)期對(duì)菲律賓的軍事政策與之前相比是戰(zhàn)術(shù)的改變。最后總結(jié)美國(guó)對(duì)菲律賓軍事安全政策的影響因素。
[Abstract]:Is the US military Security Policy toward the Philippines from 1969 to 1976 a Strategic Adjustment or a Tactical change? There are different opinions in academia. By studying the diplomatic documents and archives of the United States during 1969-1976, the author thinks that the military security policy of the United States towards the Philippines from 1969 to 1976 is a tactical change. This paper is divided into five parts. First of all, it introduces the military security policy of the United States to the Philippines before 1969, focusing on the military security policy of the United States to the Philippines during the Nixon and Ford years of 1969-1976, and analyzes it. The military policy of the United States towards the Philippines during this period is a tactical change compared with the previous one. Finally, it summarizes the influence factors of US military security policy to the Philippines.
