【摘要】：正1901年清政府被迫簽訂《辛丑條約》,條約規(guī)定向歐美列強賠款45000萬兩白銀,分39年還清,年息4厘,本息共98000萬兩,即歷史上通稱的庚子賠款,英國從中分得賠款總數(shù)的11%。1909年美國首先開始向中國退還部分庚款余額,用于中國教育事業(yè)和派遣留美學生。在美國影響下,1922年英國宣布向中國退還庚款,1930年兩國就退還
[Abstract]:In 1901, the Qing government was forced to sign the "Treaty of Xin Chou", which stipulated that 450 million dollars of silver should be paid to European and American powers, paid off in 39 years, with an annual interest rate of 4%, and a total of 980 million dollars at principal and interest rates. In 1909, the United States first began to refund some of the GG balance to China for education in China and sending students to study in the United States. Under the influence of the United States, in 1922 the United Kingdom announced the return of the Geng to China, and the two countries returned it in 1930.
