【摘要】：1961—1962年解決老撾問題的日內(nèi)瓦會議,對于外交環(huán)境日益孤立的中國而言,是一次亮相國際舞臺的重要機(jī)會。在中蘇分歧擴(kuò)大、中美對抗加劇的情況下,中國一方面加大力度支持世界革命,一方面也尋求與中間地帶國家改善關(guān)系。日內(nèi)瓦會議期間,中國既實現(xiàn)了維持老撾中立并為巴特寮革命贏取時間的目標(biāo),同時也借印支問題緩和了與法國的關(guān)系,為后續(xù)的中法建交提供了一次關(guān)鍵契機(jī)。雖然毛澤東此時尚未明確提出"兩個中間地帶"的外交戰(zhàn)略,但這一政策正處于構(gòu)建的過程中,中國在第二次日內(nèi)瓦會議上的外交行動已符合這一外交戰(zhàn)略的開展。
[Abstract]:The Geneva Conference on Laos, 1961-1962, was an important opportunity for China, an increasingly isolated diplomatic environment, to appear on the international stage. Amid widening differences between China and the Soviet Union and intensifying confrontation between China and the United States, China has stepped up its support for the world revolution and sought to improve relations with countries in the middle. During the Geneva Conference, China not only achieved the goal of keeping Laos neutral and winning time for the Bart Liu Revolution, but also eased its relations with France through the Indosinian issue, which provided a key opportunity for the subsequent establishment of diplomatic relations between China and France. Although Mao Zedong has not clearly put forward the diplomatic strategy of "two intermediate zones" at this time, this policy is in the process of being constructed, and China's diplomatic action at the second Geneva Conference has been carried out in accordance with this diplomatic strategy.
