【摘要】：萬(wàn)歷朝鮮戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)期間有過(guò)持續(xù)4年之久的和平交涉期。在此期間,明朝和日本曾一度謀求以和平手段協(xié)調(diào)朝鮮半島的沖突,重構(gòu)東亞和平。關(guān)于當(dāng)時(shí)的和平條件,明朝歷經(jīng)"封貢"之議,最后實(shí)施的是"只封不貢",收回了原先許諾的"貢",其對(duì)日條件變得更為苛刻;日本則以豐臣秀吉頒發(fā)的朱印狀《大明日本和平條件》、《大明朝鮮日本和平條目》最為典型,其在和平條件上不斷調(diào)整,有所妥協(xié),但仍堅(jiān)持對(duì)朝鮮的特殊優(yōu)越地位,其外交活動(dòng)既有回歸東亞封貢體系的外在表象,又有提升其國(guó)際地位的實(shí)質(zhì)內(nèi)涵,然而并不為明朝所認(rèn)可。東亞和平問(wèn)題最終重新訴諸武力。
[Abstract]:During the Korean War in Wanli, there was a 4-year peace negotiation period. During this period, the Ming Dynasty and Japan once sought to coordinate the conflict on the Korean Peninsula by peaceful means and to reconstruct East Asian peace. As for the peace conditions at that time, the Ming Dynasty went through the discussion of "sealing tribute", and what was finally implemented was "not paying tribute only", and the original promised "tribute" was taken back, which became more harsh to Japan. Japan, on the other hand, issued Zhu imprint "Daming Japanese Peace conditions" and "Daming Korean Peace item", which is the most typical one. It constantly adjusts and compromises on the peaceful conditions, but still insists on its special and superior position towards the DPRK. Its diplomatic activities not only returned to the exterior appearance of the East Asian tribute system, but also had the essential connotation to enhance its international status, but it was not recognized by the Ming Dynasty. The question of East Asian peace finally resorted to force.
