【摘要】：晚清海關(guān)總稅務(wù)司英國(guó)人赫德是中國(guó)近代史上一位相當(dāng)重要的特殊人物。他在晚清眾多中外約章的交涉中折沖斡旋,參與謀劃和簽訂的約章60多個(gè)。其中既有中外雙邊約章,也有中國(guó)與列強(qiáng)的多邊約章,有的內(nèi)容涉及國(guó)家的許多重要主權(quán),有的只是某一具體問(wèn)題的細(xì)節(jié)規(guī)定。中外學(xué)術(shù)界對(duì)赫德與晚清中外約章關(guān)系的研究取得了豐碩的成果,梳理和初步總結(jié)相關(guān)研究成果,并指出研究中的不足,對(duì)于進(jìn)一步深入研究赫德、條約制度史及中外關(guān)系史等有所助益。
[Abstract]:Hird, the British man of the general tax department of the late Qing Dynasty, is a very important special person in the modern history of China. He broke up in the negotiation of many Chinese and foreign contracts in the late Qing Dynasty, participated in the more than 60 chapters of the plan and signed, including both Chinese and foreign bilateral contracts, and the multilateral treaty between China and the powers, and some of the important owners of the state. Right, some are only detailed provisions of a specific problem. The Chinese and foreign academic circles have made fruitful achievements in the study of the relationship between Hird and the late Qing Dynasty and the Chinese and foreign countries, summarized and preliminarily summed up the relevant research results, and pointed out the shortcomings in the study, which is helpful to further study Hird, the history of the treaty system and the history of Chinese and foreign relations.
