【摘要】：《提格拉特皮萊塞爾后宮敕令》是中亞述國(guó)王提格拉特皮萊塞爾頒布的敕令。其主要內(nèi)容包括禁止未經(jīng)閹割的近侍和仆役進(jìn)入后宮,禁止王室太監(jiān)、近侍和仆役以及灑水工與后宮女眷近距離接觸。這些敕令對(duì)宮廷各級(jí)人員的行為和活動(dòng)作出了規(guī)定,對(duì)違犯規(guī)定的人亦有相應(yīng)的懲罰,是研究中亞述時(shí)期的宮廷體系、官僚制度以及女性地位和古代法律史的重要文獻(xiàn)資料。
[Abstract]:The Royal decree of the palace of Tigrat Pillessel is a royal decree issued by Tigrat Pillessel, king of Central Assyria. Its main contents include the prohibition of uncastrated close attendants and servants to the palace, the prohibition of royal eunuchs, close contact between servants and servants, and close contact between sprinklers and women in the palace. These decrees provide for the behavior and activities of all levels of court personnel, as well as the corresponding punishment for violators, which is an important document for the study of the court system, the bureaucracy, the status of women and the history of ancient law during the period of Assyria.
