【摘要】：本文旨在探討英國(guó)從傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)社會(huì)向近代工業(yè)社會(huì)過渡時(shí)期的土地流轉(zhuǎn)狀況。日益頻繁的土地流轉(zhuǎn)對(duì)英國(guó)產(chǎn)生了深遠(yuǎn)影響,尤其促進(jìn)了英國(guó)社會(huì)的轉(zhuǎn)型。文章結(jié)構(gòu)如下： 序言部分介紹了選題的緣由及意義,在正確認(rèn)識(shí)英國(guó)土地流轉(zhuǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,希望能給予我國(guó)的土地政策一些啟發(fā),并進(jìn)一步介紹了這一課題的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究狀況。 第一章主要對(duì)英國(guó)近代早期土地流轉(zhuǎn)的條件進(jìn)行分析。從三個(gè)方面展開：前提是土地產(chǎn)權(quán)私有化,內(nèi)在動(dòng)力商品貨幣經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,而特定歷史事件的發(fā)生加速了土地流轉(zhuǎn)。 第二、三、四、五章主要分析了各個(gè)階層間的土地流轉(zhuǎn)。由于土地流轉(zhuǎn)是交叉進(jìn)行的,本文著重從社會(huì)上層的角度進(jìn)行分析,包括王室、教會(huì)和貴族土地,其他階層大都在這個(gè)過程中參與土地買賣,即通過上層土地的流轉(zhuǎn)引出各個(gè)階層對(duì)于土地市場(chǎng)的參與。而農(nóng)民階層自身的土地流轉(zhuǎn)則單獨(dú)講述。 第六章論述了英國(guó)近代早期土地流轉(zhuǎn)所造成的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)影響。主要包括兩個(gè)方面：土地流轉(zhuǎn)促進(jìn)了大地產(chǎn)制的形成、引起了社會(huì)關(guān)系的變化,從而培育了農(nóng)業(yè)資本主義生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)方式。 結(jié)語部分概括全文,明確論文的主旨,即英國(guó)近代早期土地流轉(zhuǎn)促進(jìn)了英國(guó)的社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to discuss the land circulation in Britain during the transition from traditional agricultural society to modern industrial society. The increasingly frequent land transfer has a profound impact on Britain, especially to promote the transformation of the British society. The structure of the article is as follows: the preface introduces the reason and significance of the topic, on the basis of the correct understanding of British land circulation, I hope to give some inspiration to our country's land policy. And further introduced the domestic and foreign research situation of this subject. The first chapter mainly analyzes the conditions of land circulation in the early modern England. The premise is the privatization of land property right, the development of commodity monetary economy, and the acceleration of land circulation by the occurrence of specific historical events. The second, third, fourth, and fifth chapters mainly analyze the land circulation among different strata. As land circulation is intersecting, this paper focuses on the analysis from the perspective of the upper social strata, including the royal family, the church and the aristocratic land, in which other strata are mostly involved in land sales. That is, through the circulation of upper-level land leads to the participation of the various strata of the land market. And the farmer stratum oneself land circulation is narrated separately. The sixth chapter discusses the social and economic influence caused by the land circulation in the early modern England. It mainly includes two aspects: land circulation promotes the formation of large real estate system, causes the change of social relations, and cultivates the agricultural capitalist production and management mode. The conclusion part summarizes the full text and clarifies the purport of the thesis, that is, the land circulation in the early modern times promoted the social transformation of England.
