【摘要】：1927年秋,蘇聯(lián)出現(xiàn)了糧食收購(gòu)危機(jī)。糧食收購(gòu)危機(jī)對(duì)國(guó)家的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)生活都產(chǎn)生了重大影響,開(kāi)啟了以斯大林為首的聯(lián)共(布)中央多數(shù)派同以布哈林、李可夫?yàn)槭椎?右傾反對(duì)派"之間圍繞國(guó)家發(fā)展道路問(wèn)題展開(kāi)的爭(zhēng)論。在爭(zhēng)論過(guò)程中,布哈林、李可夫等堅(jiān)持要繼續(xù)執(zhí)行新經(jīng)濟(jì)政策,而以斯大林為首的聯(lián)共(布)中央多數(shù)派看到,由于國(guó)內(nèi)外形勢(shì)發(fā)生的變化,繼續(xù)執(zhí)行新經(jīng)濟(jì)政策會(huì)放緩國(guó)家的工業(yè)化進(jìn)程,可能導(dǎo)致聯(lián)共(布)喪失國(guó)家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)權(quán),主張通過(guò)農(nóng)業(yè)集體化來(lái)保證工業(yè)化的完成。最后斯大林戰(zhàn)勝了布哈林,蘇聯(lián)終止了新經(jīng)濟(jì)政策,開(kāi)始了斯大林模式的社會(huì)主義建設(shè)時(shí)代。斯大林的社會(huì)主義建設(shè)模式的確立,除了斯大林在黨內(nèi)的特殊地位外,與當(dāng)時(shí)的社會(huì)主義理論、當(dāng)時(shí)的特殊經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境都密不可分。更主要的是布哈林的理論自身存在缺陷,無(wú)法解決當(dāng)時(shí)需要解決的迫切問(wèn)題,難以得到認(rèn)同。
[Abstract]:In the autumn of 1927, the Soviet Union appeared the crisis of grain purchase. The crisis of grain purchase had a great impact on the political and economic life of the country, and it opened up the United Communists (Brazilians) leading by Stalin and the Bukharin. The right-leaning opposition led by Li Kefu is debating the path of national development. In the course of the debate, Bukharin, Li Kev and others insisted on continuing to implement the new economic policy. However, the majority of the Central Committee of the United Communists (Brazilians), led by Stalin, saw that because of the changes taking place at home and abroad, The continued implementation of new economic policies will slow down the process of industrialization of the country, which may lead to the loss of national leadership by the United Communists (Brazzans), and advocate the realization of industrialization through collectivization of agriculture. Finally, Stalin defeated Bukharin, the Soviet Union ended the new economic policy, began Stalin's model of socialist construction era. The establishment of Stalin's socialist construction mode, apart from Stalin's special position in the Party, was closely related to the socialist theory and the special economic environment at that time. More importantly, the theory of Bukharin has its own defects, which can not solve the urgent problems that need to be solved at that time, and is difficult to be accepted.
