【摘要】：本文以近代新加坡華人神廟和華僑華人社會為研究對象，以歷史學(xué)、人類學(xué)、社會學(xué)基本理論為方法論指導(dǎo)，并附以大量插圖、表格。對神廟與近代新加坡華僑華人社會的幫派性、秘密會社、華僑社團(tuán)、華僑教育以及中華文化的傳播4個方面進(jìn)行了分析。指出：幫派性滲透在神廟建立、發(fā)展過程中；秘密會社曾在神廟發(fā)展歷程中發(fā)揮過重大影響力；神廟具有諸多類似地緣性社團(tuán)的功能和管理機(jī)制，，從而證實相當(dāng)數(shù)量的神廟和后來的地緣性社團(tuán)有著一脈相承的關(guān)系；以崇文閣為典型在神廟的依托下的學(xué)校為早期華僑子弟接受中國教育做出一定貢獻(xiàn)；神廟建筑本身、迎神和敬神活動、神廟內(nèi)的匾額和對聯(lián)所體現(xiàn)的中國傳統(tǒng)文化的特色，使神廟擔(dān)任了中華文化在新加坡傳播載體。本文進(jìn)而從整體上探討神廟在近代新加坡華僑華人社會地位和影響，并證明神廟在新加坡華僑華人中存在的價值。
[Abstract]:This article is based on the study of the Chinese Chinese temple and the Chinese Chinese society in modern Singapore, with the basic theory of history, anthropology and sociology as the methodology, and with a large number of illustrations and forms, 4 aspects of the factions of the temple and the modern Singaporean Chinese society, the secret society, the overseas Chinese community, the overseas Chinese education and the spread of Chinese culture. It is pointed out that the secrecy infiltration has been established and developed in the temple, and the secret societies have exerted great influence on the development of the temple, and the temple has many functions and management mechanism similar to the geopolitical community, which confirms that a considerable number of temples and later geopolitical associations have a continuous relationship; Chongwen Pavilion is a typical school supported by the temple for the early Chinese children to make certain contributions to Chinese education. The temple architecture itself, the gods and worship activities, the plaque and the couplets of the Chinese traditional culture in the temple, make the temple a carrier of Chinese culture in Singapore. The status and influence of temples in the modern Chinese society of Singapore and overseas Chinese, and the value of the temple in the overseas Chinese of Singapore.
