[Abstract]:According to the mainstream theory, institution determines the behavior of the actor, but it is based on the behavior of the actor itself at the same time. How can scholars avoid the endogenous trap? This paper emphasizes the importance of a certain degree of exogenous factors, namely the institutional model and its design.
