【摘要】： 本論文主要以明治時(shí)期日本的軍事思想和政策為研究對象。由于軍事思想和政策涉及的范圍相當(dāng)廣泛,很難做到面面俱到。本論文選定“強(qiáng)兵”、“對外擴(kuò)張”以及“列強(qiáng)化”三方面為研究方向。 本論文首先嘗試提出了“強(qiáng)兵”思想,主要包括軍隊(duì)的“創(chuàng)出”和“維持”。所謂軍隊(duì)的“創(chuàng)出”就是指軍隊(duì)的創(chuàng)建,而“維持”不單指維持軍隊(duì)的存在,還旨在提高軍隊(duì)的戰(zhàn)斗力。通過對軍隊(duì)創(chuàng)出、軍制改革和軍隊(duì)建設(shè)三大領(lǐng)域的了解,考察了強(qiáng)兵思想及相關(guān)政策。 其次,論述了“對外擴(kuò)張”思想。對外擴(kuò)張思想與“脫亞入歐”息息相關(guān)。因?yàn)椤懊搧喨霘W”的代表人物是福澤諭吉,所以本論文以福澤諭吉德的《文明論概略》和《脫亞論》為主要依據(jù),進(jìn)一步探討了“脫亞入歐”和“對外擴(kuò)張”思想�！皩ν鈹U(kuò)張”思想的研究是從以下兩方面著手的。第一,“脫亞入歐”的本質(zhì)以及對社會的影響;第二,在“脫亞入歐”思潮下的對外擴(kuò)張主義的實(shí)行。沿著侵略臺灣—侵略朝鮮—吞并琉球—進(jìn)駐中國南部—獲得朝鮮支配權(quán)—侵略南滿州這一思路,本論文考察了各個(gè)階段的對外擴(kuò)張政策。 最后,考察了明治大陸政策時(shí)期的軍事思想。本論文的重點(diǎn)是考察“列強(qiáng)化”思想。以大陸政策本身和“征臺”問題的歸屬范圍、大陸政策時(shí)期的戰(zhàn)略思想、為實(shí)現(xiàn)“列強(qiáng)化”的軍備擴(kuò)張和相關(guān)政策,以及“先發(fā)制人”思想和“兵力集中”兩大作戰(zhàn)原則為研究對象。 軍事思想和政策是具備連續(xù)性和繼承性的,因此,明治時(shí)期的軍事思想和相關(guān)政策對明治以后的軍事問題的研究有重大參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:This thesis mainly focuses on Japanese military thought and policy in Meiji period. Because of the wide range of military ideas and policies involved, it is difficult to cover all aspects. In this paper, three research directions are chosen as "strong troops", "external expansion" and "column strengthening". This thesis first tries to put forward the idea of "strengthening soldiers", mainly including "creation" and "maintenance" of the army. The so-called "creation" of the army means the establishment of the army, and "maintenance" means not only maintaining the existence of the army, but also improving its combat effectiveness. Based on the understanding of army creation, military system reform and army construction, this paper investigates the thought of strengthening the army and related policies. Secondly, it discusses the thought of "external expansion". The thought of foreign expansion is closely related to "leaving Asia and entering Europe". Because the representative figure of "Brexit into Europe" is FukuzawaYukichi, this thesis takes FukuzawaYukichi de's outline of Civilization Theory and the Theory of delegitimization as the main basis, and further discusses the thought of "Brexit into Europe" and "external expansion". The study of the thought of "external expansion" begins from the following two aspects. First, the essence of "Brexit into Europe" and its influence on society; second, the implementation of foreign expansionism under the trend of "Brexit into Europe". Along the path of aggression against Taiwan, invasion of Korea, annexation of Ryukyu, stationing in southern China, acquisition of Korean domination and invasion of Nanmenju, this paper examines the foreign expansion policy in various stages. Finally, the military thought of Meiji mainland policy period is investigated. The emphasis of this thesis is to investigate the thought of "column strengthening". Based on the mainland policy itself and the scope of the issue of "levying Taiwan", and the strategic thinking of the period of the mainland policy, in order to realize the arms expansion and related policies of "listing and strengthening", As well as the "preemptive strike" thought and the "concentration of forces" two major operational principles as the research object. Military thought and policy have continuity and inheritance, therefore, the military thought and related policy of Meiji period have great reference value to the study of military problem after Meiji.
