【摘要】：在英第一帝國發(fā)展史上,"復辟時期"是一個非常重要甚或極為關(guān)鍵的階段。期間,英國不僅重申和強化了克倫威爾時期頒布的《航海條例》,而且通過兩次對荷戰(zhàn)爭,徹底掃除了實施《航海條例》的主要障礙,使重商主義殖民原則得以最終確立,從而加速了構(gòu)建重商帝國的步伐。
[Abstract]:In the history of the first Empire, the Restoration was a very important or even crucial stage. During this period, Britain not only reaffirmed and strengthened the Maritime regulations promulgated in Cromwell's time, but also, through two wars against the Netherlands, completely removed the main obstacles to the implementation of the Maritime regulations, so that the mercantilist colonial principle was finally established. This accelerated the pace of building a mercantilist empire.
