中國茶文化在俄國的傳播

【摘要】:中國作為茶的故鄉(xiāng),制茶、飲茶已有幾千年的歷史,名品薈萃。我國茶文化在發(fā)展的過程中逐漸與儒、釋、道等文化相結合,成為中國傳統(tǒng)文化的重要組成部分。茶又有健身、治病之藥物療效,又富于欣賞情趣,可陶冶情操。這種茶文化自身的特點,使得茶逐漸普及到中華民族各族群,并吸引了境外民族的注意,成為世界各國人民所鐘愛的日常飲品,并在吸收中國傳統(tǒng)飲茶文化的同時,發(fā)展出自己所特有的茶文化。作為健康之飲、文明之飲,茶葉已從中國飲品變?yōu)榱耸澜缧燥嬈?中國茶受到了世界各國人民的歡迎和喜愛。俄國茶文化就是在中國茶文化的基礎上發(fā)展起來的,17世紀時,俄國使臣將茶葉帶去俄國,從此,茶葉開始進入俄國人的視野。俄國貴族對茶葉的重視與喜愛,促進了中俄茶葉貿易的興起,中俄茶葉貿易的興起也促進了中國茶文化在俄國的傳播。18世紀末19世紀初,茶文化在俄國迅速發(fā)展,并普及各階層,F(xiàn)在,俄國成為世界上第二大茶葉消費國,茶葉成為俄國人的生活必需品。在茶文化向俄國傳播的過程中,俄國人一方面吸收了中國茶文化的一部分,另一方面,又根據(jù)自身習俗發(fā)展了獨具特色的茶文化。
[Abstract]:China as the hometown of tea, tea making, tea drinking has a history of thousands of years, famous products. Tea culture in China has gradually been combined with Confucianism, Buddhism, Taoism and other cultures in the process of development, and has become an important part of Chinese traditional culture. Tea also has fitness, curative effect of medicine, rich in appreciation of interest, can edify sentiment. The characteristics of the tea culture itself make tea gradually spread to all ethnic groups of the Chinese nation and attract the attention of the overseas ethnic groups. It has become a daily drink beloved by people all over the world, and at the same time absorbed the traditional Chinese tea drinking culture. Develop their own unique tea culture. As a healthy drink and a civilized drink, tea has changed from a Chinese drink to a worldwide drink, and Chinese tea has been welcomed and loved by people all over the world. Russian tea culture was developed on the basis of Chinese tea culture in the 17th century, Russian envoys brought tea to Russia, from then on, tea began to enter Russian vision. The importance and affection of Russian nobility to tea promoted the rise of Sino-Russian tea trade, and the rise of Sino-Russian tea trade also promoted the spread of Chinese tea culture in Russia from the end of the 18th century to the beginning of the 19th century, and the tea culture developed rapidly in Russia. And popularize all classes. Russia is now the second largest tea consumer in the world, and tea is a necessity for Russians. In the process of spreading tea culture to Russia, the Russians absorbed part of Chinese tea culture on the one hand, and developed the unique tea culture according to their own customs on the other hand.
