【摘要】：英國(guó)核決策始終注重其秘密性,首相及其心腹大臣組成的人數(shù)極少的原子能顧問(wèn)委員會(huì)構(gòu)成了英國(guó)早期核決策的核心。首相與內(nèi)閣是核心決策機(jī)構(gòu),議會(huì)是重要決策機(jī)構(gòu),財(cái)政部、國(guó)防部、外交及聯(lián)邦事務(wù)部與相關(guān)部門(mén)文職官員發(fā)揮重要作用。英國(guó)核決策是其國(guó)家政治勢(shì)力博弈和國(guó)家利益權(quán)衡的結(jié)果,受到國(guó)際環(huán)境、政黨政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)條件、大眾輿論和戰(zhàn)略文化的深刻影響。
[Abstract]:British nuclear decision - making always pays attention to its secrecy , the prime minister and the very few members of the Atomic Energy Advisory Committee , the core of the British early nuclear decision - making . The Prime Minister and the Cabinet are the core decision - making bodies . The parliament is an important decision - making body , the Ministry of Finance , the Ministry of Defence , the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Commonwealth of Foreign Affairs and relevant departments and civilian officials play an important role . The British nuclear decision - making is the result of the political power game and the national interests trade - off of the country , and is deeply influenced by the international environment , party politics , economic conditions , public opinion and strategic culture .
