【摘要】: 本文以1952年日本與臺灣當(dāng)局所簽訂的“日臺條約”為切入點(diǎn),以舊金山對日媾和進(jìn)程和美國、日本、海峽兩岸及其他國家的互動關(guān)系為背景,利用多邊檔案來研究1950年代初期遠(yuǎn)東國際關(guān)系的形成。 第二次世界大戰(zhàn)后,世界格局發(fā)生巨變,美蘇冷戰(zhàn)開始。新中國成立后,中國政府以蘇聯(lián)盟友的身份加入冷戰(zhàn),建立了社會主義的東方陣營,并將美蘇對抗的陣地推進(jìn)到了遠(yuǎn)東地區(qū)。由于中國選擇了東方陣營,中國不再是美蘇冷戰(zhàn)的“中間地帶”,日本和臺灣的戰(zhàn)略地位凸顯出來。美國通過主導(dǎo)舊金山對日媾和、推動日臺媾和,將日本和臺灣分別置于以美國為首的西方陣營之中。“日臺條約”標(biāo)志著西方陣營在遠(yuǎn)東地區(qū)之關(guān)系調(diào)整的完成。 本文通過比照美國、日本和臺灣地區(qū)所藏檔案來回溯“日臺條約”的談判過程,并解讀條約的內(nèi)容與影響。通過對歷史細(xì)節(jié)的把握,重點(diǎn)探討這一雙邊條約背后的多邊運(yùn)作,剖析美、日、海峽兩岸在二戰(zhàn)后遠(yuǎn)東國際秩序重編過程中的角色,并兼顧英國和蘇聯(lián)的作用。進(jìn)而呈現(xiàn)“日臺條約”下,美、日、臺作為一個整體與中、蘇為代表的東方陣營進(jìn)行對抗的遠(yuǎn)東冷戰(zhàn)格局;初步為1950年代初期的遠(yuǎn)東國際關(guān)系建立一個宏觀的分析框架。
[Abstract]:This paper is based on the Japan-Taiwan Treaty signed by Japan and the Taiwan authorities in 1952, and on the background of the peace process between San Francisco and Japan and the interaction among the United States, Japan, the two sides of the Taiwan Strait and other countries. Use multilateral archives to study the formation of international relations in the far East in the early 1950s. After the second World War, great changes took place in the world pattern and the Cold War between the United States and the Soviet Union began. After the founding of New China, the Chinese government joined the Cold War as an ally of the Soviet Union, established the socialist eastern camp, and pushed the position of confrontation between the United States and the Soviet Union to the far East. As China chose the Eastern camp, China was no longer the "middle ground" of the Cold War between the United States and the Soviet Union, and the strategic position of Japan and Taiwan was highlighted. By dominating San Francisco's peace with Japan, the United States pushed for peace between Japan and Taiwan, placing Japan and Taiwan in the Western camp led by the United States. The Treaty of Japan and Taiwan marks the completion of the adjustment of the Western camp's relations in the far East. This paper reviews the negotiation process of the "Japan-Taiwan Treaty" by comparing the archives of the United States, Japan and Taiwan, and interprets the content and influence of the Treaty. By grasping the historical details, this paper focuses on the multilateral operation behind this bilateral treaty, analyzes the roles of the United States, Japan and the two sides of the Taiwan Strait in the process of recompiling the international order in the far East after World War II, and takes into account the roles of Britain and the Soviet Union. Under the Japan-Taiwan Treaty, the United States, Japan, Taiwan as a whole and China as a whole, Soviet as the representative of the Eastern camp for confrontation in the far East Cold War pattern, preliminary for the early 1950s far East international relations to establish a macro analysis framework.
