【摘要】：自愿社團(tuán)具有積累社會資本及促進(jìn)政治參與的民主功能。在社會資本理論視閾中,19世紀(jì)英國中產(chǎn)階級自愿社團(tuán)文化作為一種民主參與文化,具有自治性、自律性、開放性、民主性特征。自愿社團(tuán)文化有利培養(yǎng)公民美德和中產(chǎn)階級的民主參與能力,是促進(jìn)英國民主體制健康發(fā)展的重要因素。
[Abstract]:Voluntary associations have the democratic function of accumulating social capital and promoting political participation. From the perspective of social capital theory, the British middle class voluntary society culture as a kind of democratic participation culture in the 19th century has the characteristics of autonomy, self-discipline, openness and democracy. The culture of voluntary association is conducive to the cultivation of civic virtue and the ability of democratic participation of the middle class, and is an important factor in promoting the healthy development of the British democratic system.
