【摘要】：自西方列強(qiáng)迫近東亞的那一刻起,東亞國家對"萬國公法"的關(guān)注與吸收就已經(jīng)開始了。雖然在對"萬國公法"的引進(jìn)上,中國與朝鮮走在了日本前面。但是,在靈活運用"萬國公法"以追求外交利益最大化上,日本卻收到了比之更具實在意義的效果。尤其是在幕末期(1853—1867年),日本對"萬國公法"的認(rèn)知、理解、翻刻以及傳播,都具有深遠(yuǎn)意義。
[Abstract]:Since the Western powers approached East Asia, East Asian countries have begun to pay attention to and absorb the "public law of nations". Although in the introduction of the "Public Law of Nations", China and North Korea ahead of Japan. However, in the flexible use of "public law of nations" in pursuit of maximum diplomatic interests, Japan has received a more meaningful effect. Especially at the end of the curtain period from 1853 to 1867, Japan's cognition, understanding, interpretation and dissemination of "Public Law of Nations" are of profound significance.
