【摘要】： 作為一門獨立學科的西伯利亞學早在19世紀就已在俄國產生,并且受到沙俄統(tǒng)治者的關注。移民運動又是西伯利亞學極其重要的研究課題。在我國,西伯利亞學的研究起步較晚,并且對于西伯利亞移民這一課題的研究尚顯薄弱,其研究重心多側重于俄國東部移民的過程及其所帶來的后果,而對于移民的動因以及影響移民開發(fā)的諸因素的分析,研究則相對較少。本文通過對大量西伯利亞移民史料的分析和研究,力求全面、深刻地剖析從16世紀末到20世紀初,沙俄時代西伯利亞移民的動因及俄國政府向西伯利亞移民的實質。全文共分四個部分展開論述。 文章的前言介紹了19世紀及20世紀國內外學者對西伯利亞移民動因分析研究的一些觀點和看法,同時闡明了本文的研究目的。 文章第一部分論述了以經(jīng)濟利益為主要動因的西伯利亞早期移民。其中包括世界移民的動因概括,沙俄時代對移民產生直接推動力的諸因素分析以及經(jīng)濟利益驅動下的西伯利亞早期移民。文章的第二部分深入分析了俄國國內以政治因素為主要推動力的西伯利亞移民。其中包括三方面的內容:強制性農業(yè)移民、自由移民和流放形式的移民。文章的第三部分論述了以軍事、戰(zhàn)略為主要動因的遠東移民。文章的第四部分析了對西伯利亞移民特別是對兩次移民浪潮起到積極促進作用的某些因素。文章最后一部分是結語,對沙俄時代西伯利亞移民運動過程中的諸因素的作用與影響給以概括和總結。
[Abstract]:As an independent subject, Siberia was born in Russia as early as 19 th century, and attracted the attention of Russian rulers. The migration movement is also an extremely important research topic in Siberia. In China, the study of Siberia started late, and the research on Siberian immigration is still weak. The focus of the research is mainly on the process of migration in eastern Russia and its consequences. However, there are few researches on the reasons of migration and the factors that affect the development of immigrants. Based on the analysis and study of a large number of historical data of Siberian immigrants, this paper tries to comprehensively and profoundly analyze the motivation of Siberian immigrants from the end of the 16th century to the beginning of the 20th century and the essence of the Russian government's emigration to Siberia. This paper is divided into four parts. The preface of this paper introduces some viewpoints and views of the scholars at home and abroad in the 19th century and the 20th century on the analysis of Siberian migration motivation. The first part discusses the early Siberian immigrants with economic interests as the main motivation. It includes the summarization of the motivation of the world migration, the analysis of the factors that directly promote the migration during the Russian period, and the early Siberian immigrants driven by economic interests. The second part of the article analyzes the political factors of Siberian immigrants in Russia. It includes three aspects: mandatory agricultural migration, free migration and exile. The third part of the article discusses the military, strategy as the main motivation of far East immigrants. The fourth part analyzes some factors that play a positive role in promoting Siberian immigrants, especially the two waves of emigration. The last part of the article is the conclusion, which summarizes and summarizes the function and influence of various factors in the Siberian migration movement in the Russian period.
