【摘要】：新加坡是一個(gè)島國,自然資源缺乏,國內(nèi)市場狹小,人口以華人為主,地理位置非常優(yōu)越,以發(fā)展對外貿(mào)易為生命線。新加坡在發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)的同時(shí),還不斷增進(jìn)與我國政治經(jīng)濟(jì)的交往,有力地推動(dòng)了兩國經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系的發(fā)展。 中國與新加坡有著傳統(tǒng)的經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系。在1978年至1990年期間,中國與新加坡的經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系迅速發(fā)展,表現(xiàn)在兩國貿(mào)易額的不斷擴(kuò)大,貿(mào)易商品結(jié)構(gòu)不斷發(fā)生變化,新加坡對中國的投資規(guī)模越來越大,金融關(guān)系也不斷向前發(fā)展。同時(shí),其他經(jīng)濟(jì)合作形式也十分活躍。 中國與新加坡經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系迅速發(fā)展并不是偶然的,既有經(jīng)濟(jì)因素的作用,又有非經(jīng)濟(jì)因素的作用,具體來說,促使中新經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系迅速發(fā)展的有利因素可分為宏觀和微觀兩個(gè)方面。從宏觀上看,中新經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系穩(wěn)步發(fā)展是世界歷史發(fā)展的趨勢,中新經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系的穩(wěn)步發(fā)展是新加坡經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的客觀要求,中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展給中新經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系的穩(wěn)步發(fā)展提供了發(fā)展的動(dòng)力。從微觀方面看,兩國高層的高度重視為中新經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系穩(wěn)步發(fā)展提供了有利的政治保證,其他因素為中新經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系穩(wěn)步發(fā)展開辟了新的渠道。 當(dāng)然,中新經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系在迅速發(fā)展的同時(shí),也存在一些不利因素。在貿(mào)易方面,雙方貿(mào)易額雖然不斷增加,但所占各國貿(mào)易額的比重卻很小,商品的結(jié)構(gòu)也需要提升,還要正確認(rèn)識新加坡的轉(zhuǎn)口貿(mào)易。投資方面問題較多,主要是合同金額與實(shí)際投入之間差距比較大,出現(xiàn)這種情況的原因很多。還有就是新加坡在中國的投資地區(qū)不平衡,主要集中在經(jīng)濟(jì)比較發(fā)達(dá)的地區(qū)。在對新加坡華人的認(rèn)同上要端正態(tài)度。中新經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系穩(wěn)步發(fā)展中的美國與臺(tái)灣因素也需要正確對待。 對于發(fā)展兩國經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系的的有利因素,我們應(yīng)該繼續(xù)發(fā)揮作用。兩國在經(jīng)貿(mào)方面存在的一些不利因素,是不可避免的。基于以上認(rèn)識,為了推動(dòng)中新經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系的順利發(fā)展,本文從政治、貿(mào)易、投資方面、人才交流與經(jīng)濟(jì)合作、發(fā)展中新經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系在臺(tái)灣方面的重大意義五個(gè)方面給予了啟示,以期為現(xiàn)今中新經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系的持續(xù)健康發(fā)展提供可借鑒的參考。
[Abstract]:Singapore is an island country, lack of natural resources, narrow domestic market, mainly Chinese population, very superior geographical location, to develop foreign trade as the lifeline. While developing its economy, Singapore has also continuously promoted its political and economic exchanges with China, which has contributed to the development of economic and trade relations between the two countries. China and Singapore have a traditional economic and trade relationship. Between 1978 and 1990, the economic and trade relations between China and Singapore developed rapidly, as shown by the continuous expansion of the trade volume between the two countries, the constant changes in the structure of trade commodities, and the increasing scale of Singapore's investment in China. Financial relations are also moving forward. At the same time, other forms of economic cooperation are also very active. The rapid development of economic and trade relations between China and Singapore is not accidental. It has the function of both economic factors and non-economic factors. To be specific, the favorable factors to promote the rapid development of Sino-Singapore economic and trade relations can be divided into macro and micro aspects. From a macro point of view, the steady development of Sino-Singapore economic and trade relations is the trend of world historical development, and the steady development of Sino-Singapore economic and trade relations is the objective requirement of Singapore's economic development. The rapid development of China's economy has provided a driving force for the steady development of economic and trade relations between China and Singapore. From the microcosmic point of view, the high level attention of the two countries has provided favorable political guarantee for the steady development of Sino-Singapore economic and trade relations, and other factors have opened up new channels for the steady development of Sino-Singapore economic and trade relations. Of course, with the rapid development of Sino-Singapore economic and trade relations, there are also some unfavorable factors. In terms of trade, although the volume of trade between the two sides has been increasing, the proportion of trade between the two countries is very small, the structure of commodities also needs to be upgraded, and the re-export trade of Singapore should be correctly understood. There are many problems in investment, mainly because the difference between the contract amount and the actual investment is large, and there are many reasons for this situation. The other is that Singapore's investment in China is uneven, mainly concentrated in the more developed regions. Correct attitude should be taken on the recognition of Singaporean Chinese. The US and Taiwan factors in the steady development of economic and trade relations between China and Singapore also need to be dealt with correctly. We should continue to play a role in the development of economic relations between the two countries. Some unfavorable factors in economy and trade between the two countries are inevitable. Based on the above understanding, in order to promote the smooth development of Sino-Singapore economic and trade relations, this paper gives enlightenment from five aspects: politics, trade, investment, personnel exchange and economic cooperation, and the great significance of developing Sino-Singapore economic and trade relations in Taiwan. In order to provide a reference for the sustainable and healthy development of Sino-Singapore economic and trade relations.
