【摘要】：1956年蘇伊士運(yùn)河危機(jī)的爆發(fā)，使得一向被英國視為外交基礎(chǔ)的英美特殊關(guān)系出現(xiàn)了裂痕并面臨著破裂的危險(xiǎn)。作為新任英國首相的麥克米倫，在其六年的執(zhí)政生涯中不僅恢復(fù)了英美關(guān)系的特殊性，而且將英美特殊關(guān)系發(fā)展到一個(gè)全新的高度。本文將主要以英國的視角重點(diǎn)論述麥克米倫執(zhí)政時(shí)期的英美特殊關(guān)系。 本文首先將對麥克米倫執(zhí)政之前英美特殊關(guān)系的形成和發(fā)展脈絡(luò)進(jìn)行一個(gè)簡單的梳理，對英美特殊關(guān)系的形成和演變做一個(gè)簡單論述；其次將以麥克米倫任期內(nèi)發(fā)生的重要?dú)v史事件為切入點(diǎn)，圍繞事件解決過程中英美兩國關(guān)系的各種表現(xiàn)，詳細(xì)論述這一時(shí)期英美特殊關(guān)系的新發(fā)展；而后將對麥克米倫執(zhí)政時(shí)期英美特殊關(guān)系的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進(jìn)行歸納，，總結(jié)出這一時(shí)期英美特殊關(guān)系所具有的新變化和新特征——在繼承英國外交傳統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)上，堅(jiān)定的聯(lián)美反蘇，但同時(shí)注意保持外交獨(dú)立性，試圖融入歐洲；論文最后將從四個(gè)方面對英美兩國在這一歷史時(shí)期繼續(xù)保持特殊關(guān)系的原因進(jìn)行探討，同時(shí)對麥克米倫在發(fā)展英美特殊關(guān)系過程中的成敗得失作出評價(jià)和總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:The outbreak of the Suez Canal Crisis in 1956 made the British and American special relations, which have always been regarded as the foundation of the United Kingdom, were rift and faced with the danger of rupture. As the new British Prime Minister, Mcmillan not only restored the particularity of the Anglo American relationship in his six years' ruling career, but also developed a brand new relationship between the United States and the United States. This article will mainly focus on the Anglo American special relationship during Mcmillan's administration from a British perspective.
This article will first make a simple combing of the formation and development of the special relations between Britain and the United States before Mcmillan is in power, and make a simple discussion on the formation and evolution of the special relationship between the United States and the United States; secondly, it will take the important historical events in Mcmillan's term of office as the breakthrough point to wrap around the relations between the United States and the United States during the process of the settlement of the events. The new development of the special relationship between Britain and the United States in this period is discussed in detail, and then the development of the special relationship between Britain and the United States during the period of Mcmillan's ruling is summed up, and the new changes and new features of the special relations of Britain and the United States in this period are summed up, and on the basis of the inheritance of British diplomatic tradition, the United States and the Soviet Union are firmly against the Soviet Union, but at the same time We should pay attention to maintaining diplomatic independence and try to integrate into Europe. At the end of this paper, the thesis will discuss the reasons for the continued special relationship between Britain and America in this historical period from four aspects. At the same time, it makes an evaluation and summary of Mcmillan's success and failure in the process of developing the special relationship between the United States and the United States.
