【摘要】： 19世紀(jì)后期，隨著南北戰(zhàn)爭的結(jié)束，美國工業(yè)化和城市化進(jìn)程迅猛加快，這種形勢下，在東北部和中西部地區(qū)形成了一大批新型工業(yè)城市。這些城市在經(jīng)濟(jì)飛速發(fā)展的過程中，城市環(huán)境則急劇惡化，這成為該時期各工業(yè)城市普遍面臨的突出問題之一。本文即是對這些工業(yè)城市環(huán)境污染狀況及其治理和改革作出一番考察。全文由引言、正文和結(jié)語三部分組成，共四章。 引言部分主要介紹了美國城市環(huán)境污染的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀，提出了本文寫作的理論現(xiàn)實(shí)意義，并對文章的研究對象、研究時限、環(huán)境污染的概念等作出了限定和說明。 第一章介紹了19世紀(jì)后期美國工業(yè)城市發(fā)展的大致狀況。南北戰(zhàn)爭后美國工業(yè)化和城市化迅猛加劇，這也構(gòu)成工業(yè)城市快速形成和飛速發(fā)展的主要動力。 第二章主要描述了這些工業(yè)城市污染狀況，并對污染原因作出了具體分析。文章從四個方面體現(xiàn)出工業(yè)城市污染的嚴(yán)重性，進(jìn)一步揭示出城市環(huán)境的惡化正是工業(yè)化、城市化進(jìn)程加快所造成的系列城市問題和城市職能不健全之間的矛盾而產(chǎn)生的必然結(jié)果。 第三章重點(diǎn)分析了治理和改革的動力及治理的具體措施。總結(jié)出城市治污活動取得了一定的成效，但是由于種種原因，城市環(huán)境仍然沒有得到根本治理，污染情況仍然嚴(yán)重。 第四章結(jié)語部分簡要總結(jié)全文。并總結(jié)出19世紀(jì)后期美國工業(yè)城市污染和治理過程中體現(xiàn)出來的系列理論問題，，并對這些問題進(jìn)行思考和分析，從而得出了某些有益的啟示。
[Abstract]:In the late 19th century, with the end of the Civil War, the process of industrialization and urbanization in the United States accelerated rapidly. In this situation, a large number of new industrial cities were formed in the Northeast and Midwest. In the process of rapid economic development, the urban environment in these cities is deteriorating rapidly, which has become one of the outstanding problems that industrial cities generally face in this period. This article is to these industrial cities environmental pollution situation and its treatment and reform make some investigation. The full text consists of three parts: introduction, text and conclusion, with four chapters. The introduction mainly introduces the domestic and international research status of urban environmental pollution in the United States, puts forward the theoretical and practical significance of this paper, and limits and explains the research object, the research time limit, the concept of environmental pollution and so on. The first chapter introduces the development of American industrial cities in the late 19 th century. After the Civil War, American industrialization and urbanization increased rapidly, which also constituted the main motive force for the rapid formation and rapid development of industrial cities. The second chapter mainly describes the pollution situation of these industrial cities, and makes a concrete analysis on the pollution reasons. The paper shows the seriousness of pollution in industrial cities from four aspects, and further reveals that the deterioration of urban environment is just industrialization. The inevitable result of the contradiction between the series of urban problems caused by the acceleration of the urbanization process and the unsound function of the city. The third chapter analyzes the motive force of governance and reform and the concrete measures of governance. It is concluded that the urban pollution control activities have made some achievements, but due to various reasons, the urban environment has not been fundamentally treated, and the pollution situation is still serious. The fourth chapter is a brief summary of the full text. A series of theoretical problems in the process of pollution and control of American industrial cities in the late 19th century were summarized, and some useful enlightenment was obtained by thinking and analyzing these problems.
